🌧️ WELL… THAT WASN’T ON THE BINGO CARD. 🌀

We have been talking about the MAKE Wellness Social ALL week…

…and then Mother Nature decided she wanted to join the event planning committee. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

With the weather taking a pretty serious turn this weekend, we’ve decided to POSTPONE the Wellness Social rather than have everyone splashing their way to The Atrium. 🌧️

And honestly…we know there are only so many things worth putting on real clothes for when it’swet and miserable outside. 😂

SO — stay tuned for our NEW DATE announcement! 🎉coming soon….

Same place.
Same time.
Just HOPEFULLY a much better weather situation. 🙏🏻

And we promise…it’ll be worth the wait.

We’ve got 16 local wellness businesses, samples, light bites, giveaways + a BIG raffle, and a whole afternoon designed to get you out, meet some awesome local people and discover some really good stuff happening in our community.

So stock up on some groceries, hunker down, and have your sharpies ready to save the date again. 🤍

THE YOGURT BOWL 🥣 🤤🍯🫐
#consistency #nutrition #yum #motivated
.. “keep it simple stupid” - it’s something I have to tell myself repeatedly, good nutrition doesn’t have to be hard, it can be simple … don’t over complicate it! 🙌🏻🐆

Still smiling and so full of gratitude❤️

Our very first MAKE Wellness Social… and the turnout was bigger than we expected — especially on a rainy day.

The videos and photos don’t even fully capture how many of you showed up. The room was full. The conversations were meaningful. The energy was 🔥.

11 incredible local businesses.
$2,000+ in raffle giveaways (so generous it still blows our minds).
And so many people who genuinely care about feeling better, living stronger, and supporting local.

That’s what this was about.

Not just “health and wellness” in a cliché way — but real connection. Collaboration. Getting the right people in one room who are trying to make our entire community better.

And the best part was watching businesses connect with each other… watching new relationships form… seeing people discover resources they didn’t even realize we had right here.

This was the first event of its kind here — and we’re really proud of that.

Because we truly believe wellness isn’t a trend.
It’s a shift…a movement that’s here to stay.

We’re already planning the next one — yes, we’re looking at doing these quarterly… so stay tuned!

**Also, one thing we learned…
Hosting + talking + remembering to take photos and videos is not our gift 😂 We may need a social media intern next time.

Thank you to every single person who showed up and believed in this vision with us.❤️🙏🏽
