Jewels on jewels from She IS Black History…. 💎The war on our health demands that we understand we have the power to heal ourselves with God’s natural creation of plants and herbs 🌿 and are not limited to pharmaceutical drugs to address our health disparities. 💎Wholistic healing requires a complete change in diet, not just what we eat, what we read, our top influences and the environments in which we choose to live and build. 💎Looking back on our ancestry gives us the keys to a healthy sense of identity and an ability to control our narratives and pass them on to the next generation. 💎Unlearning is just as important as learning - we are NOT just a statistic, fact or moment. We are a collective movement of women building and sustaining our communities, history and culture. 💎Walk confidently in the Arts - trusting that your excellence will set you apart in a highly competitive world and marketplace. 💎Each one teach one - mentorship is necessary to achieve our vision and goals. When we reach back and choose to learn from other women leaders, we’re creating a safe space and empowering other women to do the same. To everyone who tuned in…and my beautiful panelists…THANK YOU..it’s an honor to share your stories and journey 🖤❤️💚💛 @artby_jenylin @beautiful.flower_ent

So about 2 weeks back I was at the park, with the twins strolling by the water on a video call with my cousin, @beautiful.flower_ent,while showing her the beautiful sunset, nature and landscaping, and she spoke and said ohh "capture this image of sunset between and around the girls"it was a perfect shot, with the sun in my eyes but I just kept snapping away it was the perfect moment! they were in the marshlands not too far from my house.. I had no idea what I was doing, but she with her wonderful eye for nature, was able to direct from her location through the video call 🙌🏽🥰 henceforth producing these beautiful shots.. Moral of the story?? let go and trust GOD thru the process the outcome is always beautiful!! Happy Thursday family!!
