POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Grief touches us all.

It lives not only in loss, but also in change, heartbreak, unmet dreams, and the quiet chapters of life that come to an end. Often unspoken, grief can be held in the body, the nervous system, and the heart, shaping how we feel, move, and present ourselves in the world.

Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026
Time: 2:00–4:00 PM
Location: Resilience Yoga, 1107 Lorne Park Rd
Cost: $55 + HST

During this experience, you will explore:

-What grief is and how it affects us emotionally, mentally, and physically
-How restorative yoga can support healing and integration
-Ways to create space for calming the nervous system and releasing stored tension

Hands-on Reiki will be gently offered throughout the workshop. Participation is optional and always consent-based.

This is a quiet, supportive space to slow down, soften, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

If this feels supportive or timely for you, we would love to have you join us.

Ginger chews are back ✨

It’s true ..
some people came for the ginger chews,
and stayed for the yoga. 😜

Fair warning… both tend to keep you coming back 😋

Come enjoy the sweetness of yoga
(and the little things that make INYE feel like home) 🤍 🕉️

A new week begins 🙏☀️
and with it, a lot may be asking for your energy.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to do it all at once.
You don’t have to carry it alone.

Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to what steadies you.

Our doors are open..
for movement, for stillness, for community, for care.

In-studio or virtual,
your practice is here to meet you exactly where you are.

The holidays can be full, busy, and loud.
This is your reminder that a space to pause is always here.

A space to move,
connect,
breathe,
and simply be.

Whether you’re seeking solace or community, our daily in-studio or virtual classes are always here to support you. 🙏 💛

Arrive as you are.
Move gently, breathe deeply,
rest in the moment.

When everything else asks more of you,
let this be where you soften.

We’re here.
Always.
Come as you are 🙏 🕉️

More than a yoga studio.
It’s a sanctuary.
A sacred space for healing,
for soft landings and soul awakenings.

For many, it’s a second home, where the breath deepens,
the heart opens,
and the outside world gently fades away.

Step inside,
and return to yourself.
Welcome to INYE.
