❄️ FREE COMMUNITY EVENT ❄️
Sunday, December 22nd
2:00-4:00pm in Beautiful Presque Isle, WI

We invite you to take a few hours for yourself this holiday season to pause, reflect on the year that has passed, and honor the winter solstice - the shortest day and longest night of the year. It is a time to embrace stillness and renewal, reminding us of the cycles of nature and the promise of new beginnings.
On the 22nd of the month, we are excited to offer a peaceful space to recharge!
- Gentle yoga for ALL levels to ground and relax the body
- Soothing sound bath to calm the mind and spirit
- Gathering around the bonfire for a short discussion, sharing intentions for the year ahead
We will also provide thoughtful journal prompts for you to take home.

Please RSVP to rusticrootsretreats@gmail.com

With enough interest, we hope to continue monthly gatherings into the long winter months ahead.

ONE SPOT LEFT 🌊📚🎉!!!

Come train with us.
For over 5 years, we have prided ourselves with being just a little bit different 🤗. Our program has been known for intelligent and unique curriculum that generously exceeds a typical 200 YTT education.
(And being with our students is definitely our heartwork❤️🥹)

Yes, we are Yoga Alliance Certified, but we are much more than just that.
We are soulful. We are artful.
This is,
Body Poetic.

One spot remains for our 2023 training in Greece. Link in bio. We start in May!

The BODY POETIC ACADEMY is going global 🌏 in 2023!

Next year, marks my 5th Year running this program.
Parts are tried and true, resulting in tremendous personal growth for those diving deep…also (in my opinion), world-class Teachers…and the other parts, keep evolving. Beyond proud of the Alumni. You make me a better teacher and keep me searching to take the curriculum to new + out-of-the-box places, even 5 years later.
Let’s be the different ones.

There are 4 spots left open 😝😝!!

As I prepped our calendar for our time in Greece, I am so EXCITED for how beautiful this training is going to be with both groups!

300 YTT: begins online classwork in 2 months! Starting Jan 20th!!! 🔜

200 YTT: May 20th is our Meet & Greet before packing our bags to camp in Greece.

Don’t wait.
Studentship.
The Sea.
Your Spirit.
It all awaits you…

Let’s live wild.
