Here at Dragon Heart Press, we feel it’s important to be clear about our stance on AI. We are strongly against the use of generative AI within creative fields. Poetry is all about soul and humanity, things that AI has no business writing about. If you can’t write poetry without AI, consider that you probably weren’t meant to be a poet.

Which autumn are you in the mood for? 🍂🍄

I know there are so many different types of moods for our autumnal season, from spooky to cozy or witchy but there were only so many I could fit in one video and so I decided to showcase two of my favourite autumnal aesthetics 👀

I love switching between different autumnal themes throughout the season (and all year long of course😂)! I’ve recently finished a few cozy witchy reads and my next step is to read a mushroomcore book because nothing screams autumn like fungi related books, especially a sporror and I’ve been using my commonplace journal all year long for different topics, I’ve now returned to my poetry books, which I’m very excited for

If you’ve been around for a while, you know that I love anything related to sporror and what’s better than a mushroomcore themed book to start autumn with? I’m starting What Feeds Below by Tatiana Schlote-Bonne! I’m so so excited and can’t wait to dive deep into it 🤎

And my second mood is an academia autumnal one! We all know that autumn is the perfect time to read dark academia and this year, I’m mixing it up with all type of academia books and continuing my personal curriculum that I started earlier in the year. I’m currently picking up Thistleheart Home by R.C. Lloyd again, which is dark fantasy poetical prose. I’m also going to be diving into Shorelines by Alycia Pirmohamed, which I’ve been anticipating all year long as it focuses on a theme I love exploring: belonging!

You can also get your own journals and e-reader stickers & clingie from The Quirky Cup Collective and use my code for 10% off: COSY10 🤎
