As a masc-presenting woman sometimes it can be a little intimidating walking into spaces where nobody really looks like you 🤎 So being in spaces where I can just be ME, feel welcomed & be embraced by other women means so much.

I’m grateful for communities that remind you that you belong just as you are! Running has brought me so many things but the community has been one of my favorites. 🥹🫶🏾

The Race 2026 5k 🖤❤️💚

Happy Medal Monday!! First time running The Race and it felt amazing seeing our people out there running/walking and cheering each other on! The vibes were immaculate ✨! It made those hills a little easier to climb!

I don’t get to see my @becauseicanrunners girls very often anymore, but it’s always nothing but love and support from everyone! I definitely wouldn’t be where I’m at in my running journey without them! 💜

I wasn’t chasing a PR, but improvement is there from other races! Slowing getting better! Can’t wait for the next one! ✊🏾💪🏾
