Loneliness... Did you know that loneliness is being called the new epidemic? And y’all… it’s a BIGGER deal than we realize. ❤️

Research has compared the health risks of chronic loneliness and social isolation to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Let that sink in for a minute.

We have more ways to connect than ever before. We have this platform, that platform, another platform. We can reach people across the world with the tap of a finger… and yet so many of us are still walking around feeling completely alone.

We’re surrounded by screens, scrolling through everyone else’s lives, watching, liking, commenting… but are we really CONNECTING?

Because there is something about being in the same room with other women. Hearing their laughter. Hugging their necks. Sharing stories. Feeling the energy. Knowing you can sit beside someone and just BE. No pretending. No performing. Just being YOU.

That’s what I got to experience this weekend, and y’all, it was GOOD for my soul. 🥹💜 There is something so beautiful about being surrounded by women who remind you that you aren't on an island by yourself. You aren't the only one figuring life out. You aren't the only one who needs encouragement, a listening ear, or a reminder that you matter.

We were never meant to do life alone.

So, friend to friend, girl to girl, woman to woman… please don't let yourself get so wrapped up in the busyness of life that you become isolated. Don't let the hard seasons convince you that you're alone. And please don't mistake being connected online for having the kind of community your heart needs.

Reach out. Make the phone call. Accept the invitation. Show up, even when it's easier to stay home. Invite someone to coffee. Sit with somebody new. Be the friend you're hoping to find.

And if you've been feeling lonely lately? Let this be your reminder that you are worthy of connection, you are worthy of friendship, and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself.

**We need each other, y'all. For real.** ❤️

Let's be women who make room for each other, who cheer each other on, and who remind one another that nobody has to walk this road alone. 💜

SATURDAY SERIES — WEEK 3 🌿

Wellness isn’t cheap… but you CAN make it work in your budget.

If my wellness budget got cut tomorrow and I could only make room for 3 supplements… what would actually stay? 👀

For me:

💗 Magnesium
🐟 Omega-3s
💧 Hydrate + Detox

But before supplements? FOOD FIRST. Always.

And please don’t read this as “Carrie takes these, so I need these.” 😂 Nope.

Your body. Your diet. Your health needs. Your medications. Your labs. Your budget.

They all matter.

The biggest shift for me has been realizing I don’t need to afford ALL THE WELLNESS THINGS.

Instead, I started asking:

What actually matters most for ME?

Because buying a cabinet full of supplements I never remember to take isn’t helping anybody. 😂 I’d rather intentionally budget for a few things that fit my needs and that I’ll actually use consistently.

Simple. Intentional. Real life. 🤍

🌿 Curious what I actually buy? My go-to TOP 3 are linked in my bio under my Linktree! You can see exactly what I personally use there.

Now tell me: If you could make room for ONE wellness investment next month, what would you choose?

And “nothing right now” is absolutely an answer. 🤍

Yes, I really do bring a new one and open it when I arrive, and here's why 👇👇

✨ Your skincare routine deserves better than “just good enough.”

So why would I trust some mystery hotel soap with my skin when I already know what WORKS?! 😂

My Hugh & Grace Cleansing Bar leaves my skin feeling smooth, nourished, and hydrated — never stripped or dried out. I can use it from head to toe, and it's become a staple in my skincare routine.

As someone who's dealt with adult acne, I've been so happy with how my skin has responded since making this part of my routine. 💜

Two years in, I'm not about to gamble with my skin just because I'm sleeping somewhere different! 🙅‍♀️

My skincare comes with me. Every. Single. Time.

Now tell me… are you team *bring your own products* or team *whatever the hotel provides*? 😂👇

And if you dont *bring your own* - what is stopping you from trying something that works this well?

There are 78 days until the new year. 🤍

Right around this time of year, I start thinking about how I want to feel going into January—and what I can start doing now to set myself up for that.

I don’t want to put taking care of myself on hold until the holidays are over. I want to build a few simple habits that can carry me through them.

You know I talk about small shifts a lot. This is where they fit into real life. 🙌

Prayer. Water. Connection. Sunshine. Movement. Little moments of care we can make room for in our everyday routines.

One way to start is habit stacking: attaching a new habit to something you already do.

🙏 Before opening social media → spend a few minutes with God.
💧 After brushing your teeth → drink a glass of water.
👟 After lunch → take a short walk.
🤍 After dinner → check in with a friend.

Choose ONE. Make it small enough to practice on a busy day, too. If you miss a day, come back to it.

My goal is to enter the new year already practicing how I want to care for myself—with room for real life.

What’s one small shift you want to start now instead of waiting until January? 👇

💕 NEVER MISS A MONDAY | WORTHY OF WELLNESS CREW 💕

Look at these women SHOWING UP for themselves! 🥹🙌🏼✨

Monday isn’t always easy. Life is busy, schedules are full, and sometimes we have a million reasons why we could put ourselves last. But these women made the decision to show up anyway, and THAT is worth celebrating! 🩷

It’s not about being perfect. It’s not about having the best workout or doing everything right. It’s about making the commitment to yourself, taking that next step, and remembering that YOU matter, too!

Every time you show up, you’re building more than physical strength. You’re building confidence, discipline, consistency, and the belief that you can do hard things. 💪🏼

And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone! That’s what the Worthy of Wellness Crew is all about. Women encouraging women, celebrating the little wins, giving grace on the hard days, and reminding each other that we are worthy of taking care of ourselves. ❤️

To every woman who showed up today: WE SEE YOU, WE CELEBRATE YOU, AND WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU! 🎉

Let this be your reminder that the small steps you take today are building the stronger, healthier version of you tomorrow.

Keep showing up, ladies! We’re just getting started! 🔥

✨ Never miss a Monday. Never stop believing in yourself. Never forget that you are worthy of wellness. ✨

Drop some ❤️ in the comments for these ladies who showed up for themselves today!

We started this group to work out, eat better, and hold each other accountable.

But what we gained was so much more. 🤍

A place to connect. To talk about real life. To pray for each other, celebrate the little wins, and say, “I’m having a hard time,” without feeling like we have to have it all together.

Who knew showing up for a workout would lead to women showing up for EACH OTHER—even through this crazy thing called the internet? 😂🤍

A sweet friend in our Worthy of Wellness community asked what we would tell our younger selves. These slides share a little of what the women said, and I think you’ll see why this community means so much to us.

We’re more than fitness and nutrition. We’re women doing life together. That’s what makes this place different.

Soooo… what would YOU tell your younger self? Share with us below. 💬

And if you’ve been wanting a community like this, there’s room for you, too. Comment COMMUNITY and I’ll help you join our free Worthy of Wellness group. 🤍

Start habit stacking NOW. 🤍

Guess what… you really DO only have 86 days left in 2026. That’s 12 more Mondays! 🤯

This time of year, I start looking at the habits I want to keep, the ones I need to fine-tune, and the ones I want to add.

I learned a long time ago that I need time to practice before January gets here—to figure out what fits my life and what I can realistically keep doing.

That’s why I’m starting NOW.

Habit stacking means attaching a small habit to something you already do. After brushing your teeth, fill your water bottle. After lunch, take a short walk. Small steps you can build on.

Would you want to join a private habit-stacking group starting October 12, where we build habits that fit YOUR life and support YOUR personal wellness goals?

Let’s use these next 12 weeks to practice, adjust, and figure out what works—so when January arrives, you’ve already begun. 🫶

Comment HABITS if you’d like to be included!

Wellness isn’t cheap, and my budget isn’t unlimited.

🤎So before I invest, I want to understand what’s in it, why it matters, and how it supports my goals.

That’s why I’m sharing the WHY behind my morning Hydrate + Detox.

What helps you decide if something is worth your money?

WEEK 1 | Wellness Isn’t Cheap… But You CAN Make It Work 🤍

Okay… I did the math and kinda wish I hadn’t. 😂☕️

At one point, I was grabbing Starbucks at least 3 times a week. Let’s call it an average of $6 each time.

$18/week.
About $78/month.
$936 A YEAR. 😳

And here’s where it got a little uncomfortable…

I’d look at supplements or something else I wanted to do for my health and think, “Ehhh… I don’t know if that’s in the budget this month.”

But somehow… Starbucks was. 👀😂

And NO, this is not an anti-Starbucks post. Lord knows I love a good coffee and you will absolutely still catch me with one sometimes.

I just realized I was spending money on autopilot instead of intentionally deciding where I wanted our money to go.

There’s a difference between:

“I can’t afford that.”

and

“I haven’t made room for that.”

And sometimes there genuinely ISN’T room. I get that. Groceries are expensive. Supplements can be expensive. LIFE is expensive.

But for me, I realized some of the money I wanted to use to take better care of myself was already there.

I was just spending it somewhere else.

So now?

☕️ More coffee at home.
☕️ Not NEVER Starbucks.
☕️ Just LESS Starbucks.

Because my goal isn’t to cut out everything I enjoy.

It’s intentionality.

I want the occasional coffee. I want dinner out with my family. I want to enjoy my life.

But I also want ME represented in our budget. 🤍

So here’s our Week 1 challenge:

LET’S FIND $20. 👀

Look at your spending from the last week. What’s ONE little autopilot purchase you could skip once or twice and give those dollars a different job?

Coffee? Drive-thru? Amazon? Target? 👀

Tell me yours — no judgment allowed around here. 😂👇

And follow along because this is just Week 1 of my Saturday series: Wellness Isn’t Cheap… But You CAN Make It Work in Your Budget.

Next Saturday we’re flipping the conversation completely:

What if you have $0 to spend on wellness right now?

Because there are a LOT of ways to start taking care of yourself that don’t cost a single dollar.

See you next Saturday. 🤍
