Here’s what I’m doing about it…👇🏽

The past year has been challenging.😩

As an ambitious perfectionist, I’ve struggled to find a balance between hustle and health. ⚖️

It’s taken a lot of inward reflection, self-learning, and help from holistic health practitioners to help me find my way.🫶🏼

I’m excited to kick off 2024 strong! 💪🏽

For me, it’s about focusing on small and easy changes, and being consistent. ✨

Here’s what I’m going to be doing more of:

- Consistency with mourning routine
- Walking pad while working
- Setting better boundaries
- Scheduling in more breaks
- Incorporating wellness daily/weekly
- Referencing my happy trigger list
- Surrounding self with supportive people
- Manifesting ttract what I desire

What do you want to do more of in 2024?💬
