One of my favourite things about working with babies is watching their little bodies soften.

This gorgeous little one was born by C section and was struggling with settling for sleep and some tummy discomfort. During the session you can see him gradually relax until he drifts into a deep, peaceful sleep.

His lovely mum @beckirabin later shared this:

“We had @thiskatestuart over on Friday for a cranial session to release tension from birth. We’ve done this with all our babies post C section and highly recommend! He was a bit fussy and showing signs of colicky/reflux! Already much more settled xx”

Thank you so much for allowing me to share these precious moments. It was a privilege to work with your beautiful little boy. ❤️

Baby naps? Survived this morning’s school run? Hiding in the bathroom? Sweet! 👌🏽😂 Here’s how you can calm your body and mind in less than 5 minutes (because honestly, we don’t have more time than that 🤭).

To celebrate the launch of our Joolz Aer² Calming beige, we’ve teamed up with mindset coach and founder of the @mamma.breathe app @beckirabin. In this video, she shares 5 exercises to regulate the nervous system and find (back) your calm. Just in case you need it! Because we sure do. 😉

Let us know when you tried them out. 💕

We’ve been at the launch of the new @myjoolz Aer in Calming Beige today enjoying a yoga practice and sound bath with the lovely @yogabexy , a session with mindset coach @beckirabin (this brought us to tears - did you know that most mamas display at least four signs of burnout?) and a gorgeous lunch with a lovely group of mums.

Here’s a little look at what we got up to and the beautiful new beige colour way of the popular Aer stroller ✨

Thank you for having us @myjoolz and @bumppr 🩷

To celebrate the Joolz Aer2 Calming beige, we’ve asked mindset coach and founder of the @mamma.breathe app @beckirabin to share her top 4 tips to create calm during your daily strolls. Because let’s be honest, who’s got time to meditate? 😜

Becki @mamma.breathe shares a simple reminder every busy mum needs: regulating your nervous system doesn’t have to mean carving out loads of time.

In this clip, she talks through easy breath work you can do in the car, on the go, or in those small pockets of the day when you just need a reset.

Simple, accessible, and actually realistic for motherhood 🤍

Becki Rabin shares how motherhood completely changed the way she teaches.

Before kids, it was all about waking up early, moving your body, and doing all the “right” things before the day began. But as a mum? You realise very quickly that advice like that can feel wildly out of touch.
Now, her message is simpler: sleep matters most.

A refreshing reminder that in motherhood, support should feel realistic, not like another thing to fail at 🤍

The way we were mothered can shape so much of how we parent ourselves and our own children 🤍

Sometimes we notice we’re doing things just like our mum or parental figures… and sometimes we realise we’re doing the total opposite. Either way, those early experiences can stay with us more than we think.

This podcast chat is such a powerful reminder to pause and reflect: what have you carried with you, and what are you choosing to do differently?

Have you ever noticed ways you’re similar or different to the people who raised you? 👀

Every day looks different, and that’s okay 🤍
Some days you’ll feel ready to take on the world, and some days just getting through is more than enough.

This is your reminder that the rollercoaster is normal, you do not have to feel on top of the world all the time, and doing one small thing that makes you feel good is enough.

Let this be your sign: give yourself grace, ride the wave, and remember… you’ve got this mama ✨

Manifestation sounds simple in theory: your thoughts, your feelings, your energy. But when you’re a mum? Especially a new mum? It can feel a lot harder to “think positive” when you’re running on no sleep and just trying to get through the day 🤍

This chat is such a real take on manifesting for mums, and why it might need to look different depending on your season of motherhood.
