Sometimes being neurodivergent can feel lonely — like you’re living in a world that wasn’t built with your rhythm in mind. 🧠💭 You try to blend in, to understand, to be “normal,” but deep down, you know you see and feel things differently. And that difference, while beautiful, can sometimes feel isolating.

But then — you meet your people. 💫 The ones who don’t just “get” you… they see you. They celebrate your quirks, your passions, your wild tangents and quiet moments. Being around souls like that is pure magic — it reminds you that you belong, exactly as you are. 🌈

On Sunday, I went for a slow, steady stroll in nature with a friend — skipping stones, climbing (and occasionally falling out of) trees, laughing at nothing and everything. 🌿😂 It was simple, grounding, and healing in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

Connection like that… it fills the spaces where loneliness once lived. 🪶✨

A morning spent exploring the old Porth Wen Brickworks on Anglesey with @theadventureclubuk — and wow, what a spot! 🧱🌊 Once a bustling Victorian factory, now it’s a crumbling maze of red brick walls, rusting beehive kilns and chimneys slowly being reclaimed by nature 🌿

Crystal-clear blue seas, a secret pebble beach tucked away behind the ruins, and the kind of quiet that makes you just want to sit, breathe, and soak it all in 💙
