CrossFit Open 2026

Once again, very proud of all our members taking on this year’s @crossfit open at the box!

From the youngest members of our Tahi Kids classes to our regular CrossFit enthusiasts and even our Hyroxers, this year’s workouts were super accessible to all and it was a blast seeing so many of us push each other just so we could end up in a fetal position once the time cap hit and then help each other walk up and down stairs in the three days after 😅

Until next year!

The Team Tahi take over @hyroxstgallen2026 this weekend was a big success!! We had athletes competing all weekend long from Friday morning until Sunday evening ✊🏼
-
We took home a few #1 flags but most importantly had an amazing time sharing the experience together and supporting one another. The laughs and banter at the event and in our group chats was so good 😊 what a time to be a part of Team Tahi 🥰

We are so ridiculously proud of you guys!!!

Tahi Cheese Fest 🧀

Once a year we celebrate our gains and community with the Tahi Cheese Fest, and every year the crowd is growing 😍

Over 40 members of Team Tahi joined us in reviewing another year at Tahi CrossFit, eating lots of cheese from the @racletteria and enjoying each other’s company. 🖤🤍

This year, we also did a little history lesson on Tahi, from its start in the Schützenmattpark and then opening in Birsfelden in 2019, through the things we did trying to keep people fit during COVID, to now - the amazing Tahi community we’ve built!

Last but not least, congrats to this year’s first ever Tahi Awards Winners:

🏆 Kobe Parker 🐶 for Member of the Year 2025
😂 @raphi_bach for Fail of the Year 2025
⬆️ @elena.roemer for Most Improved of 2025
👶🏻 All the new mums who trained through pregnancies and came back stronger, and their partners making it possible that both can continue to train hard: @naty_bittencurt , Diego, Raphi, @skervy55 , @monicalocor , @i.am.tanja , @the_christo , @deborarohrer , @fabianafrech , @anaruizar and @andresgmonteroo

Also a big shoutout to the @racletteria for their amazing service and raclette, again next year!! 🧀 🖤

TAHI SPRING FEST 2025 🏆

Congrats to the Tahi Boys for taking it home this year! After having the girls win 2 years in a row, it was about time the boys showed up and put in the work 💪🏼

After a warm up challenge (funny how suddenly everyone can hold a plank for 2+ minutes when it gets you points!), the boys challenged the girls in two workouts…

Workout 1: FARM WORK
- 5x 300m weights carry (a mix of dballs and dumbbells)
- 30 laps sled push

Despite an (unintentional) strategic power move by the women’s team (starting heat 1 with only 8 athletes so heat 2 can work with 10…), the boys ran away with it…

Workout 2: KNOCK OUT LADDER
14’ EMOM of:
- 10 burpees
- 5 hang cleans*
*weight increases each round up to 50/80kg

Shoutout to @the_christo , @alfonsoserna , @jana_petr and @pippi_lane for clearning the ladder and congrats to the boys for also taking that one home.

Well deserved win for the boys, great effort by the girls, and epic morning for #teamtahi 🖤🤍

Already pumped for the 2026 spring fest showdown, with a current standing of girls 2 - 2 boys 🎉

Congrats to our very own Coach Eric @becomeubermensch for completing his @crossfit Level 2 Certification this past weekend 🎉💪🏼

In the Level 2 course, participants build on Level 1 and their existing coaching experience. They discuss in-depth specific coaching questions, receive direct feedback from peers and instructors in a one-on-one coaching setting, and they get to refine their coaching and class management skills through small group coaching.

We are looking forward to your classes, Eric!☺️

TAHI HYBRID RACE DAY - HYROX 🖤💛

Exciting first Tahi Hybrid Race Day this Saturday at our box @tahicrossfit!
