As Rotaractors we firmly believe in equal treatment for all.

On Monday, the Aruban parliament passed a landmark law modernizing our civil registry. 🙌🏻🥳

One of the most anticipated changes includes the recognition of same-sex civil union partnership.

We welcome this bold new direction and stand with every human being in their quest for equality. 🙂

Follow our daughter page ‘Becoming Equal Project' for more information about LGBTQIA+ 🏳️‍🌈🇦🇼

Continuing the Glossary journey. Let's Learn Together :

Not to be confused with Bisexual. Being bi (meaning two) is where someone's attracted to people of more than one gender (whether that's male, female, non-binary or trans). Most often of times attraction to females and males.

Whereas pansexuals 'don't see gender' (just male or female). They can be attracted to anyone.

As to where personality and other kinds of factors come in to play and not just being gender-specific. 🤓💡 #BecomingEqual #EducateYourself #KindnessAboveAll #WeAreHumans #FactsBeforeOpinions #TheFightIsStillHappening #Equality #ChangeStartswithYOU #Acceptance #LGBTQPlus #LGBTequality #humanrights #pride #allweneedislove #RotaractAruba #District7030 #ServiceAboveSelf #Pansexual #Glossary #Letslearntogether
