Raised by Seventh-day Adventists. Her father, a minister. Her grandfather, a missionary in the Amazon.

At 30, La Vonne was hit by a car and died.

Who came back? A medicine woman. Jaguar visions. A womb steam lineage she learned at her first period.

The same words that landed her in a psych ward are the words she now gets paid to say.

I’m so honored share this conversation with @jaguarwomban with you. We talk about ancestral curses, womb steam medicine, her brain injury, recover and what it takes to integrate who you were with who you're becoming.

You are in for a ride ❤️‍🔥

Pole dancing to medicine ceremony is not the pipeline I was expecting, but that’s just the way this goddess rolls.

So honored to share my conversation with Natalie Rose Silva @godseyeoils

She’s a ceremonialist and perfumer based in Santa Rosa, and this episode is about how the deepest parts of us, the ones we’ve buried under grief, under performance, under the version of ourselves we thought we had to be, are actually the parts that hold everything.

We talk about scent as memory, the sister wound, the body as a place to come home to, and what it takes to stop hiding behind your work and let yourself be the offering.

But that's exactly what happened for Natalie Rose Silva, founder of @godseyeoils and co-founder of Sister School. We talk about:

🕯️ Making beauty out of grief, how losing her mother became the seed of God's Eye Oils
👯‍♀️ Healing the sister wound and why treating each other as sacred changes everything
💃 The pole dancing class that rewired her relationship to her body and to women
🌿 Plant medicine ceremonies as a path to forgiveness and healing
🧠 Navigating ADHD and the gift of no longer masking
✨ Sister School -a new offering to help women heal competition and build a new world together

Warning: this episode briefly mentions suicide and sexual assault.

"I have cancer. I have a terminal diagnosis. I am not gonna waste it." 🤍

So honored to share my conversation with @meetdarlene author, death doula, and the voice behind The Art of Living and Dying.

She built a career in corporate wellness, left to start something on her own, and seven months later was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer.

She says the diagnosis didn't break her, it clarified her.

Darlene shares what it took to finally love herself, how a terminal illness reshaped every relationship in her life, the living memorial she threw for herself.

We talk about:
🌿 Learning to ask for help when you've always been the strong one
🌿 Community as a skill we've forgotten
🌿 Planning your own celebration of life, while you're alive to enjoy it
🌿 The "living list" (not a bucket list) and why you shouldn't wait
🌿 Starting her master's at Cambridge
🌿 Becoming a death doula and reimagining how we do grief, care, and mortality

This one is about living fully inside uncertainty. About showing up for yourself so you can show up for everyone else. And about the radical act of being clear about what you want in life and in death.

What a gift to make friends with your doubts. To welcome them to sit beside you as you talk to the trees.

And when the trees talk back… well I don’t know if there’s a clearer sign of arrival.

Participation & reciprocity are non negotiables . Treat “other” like trees, walk in the shadows without fear, knowing they are in right relation with the light. As are you. Always.

Be bright, be bold, bring it all.
Why would you hide when we are literally waiting to celebrate with you.
