The last two months of my life have been… a whirlwind. There are times when we feel like the masters of our universe, and then there are times when it feels like life is just happening to you all at once, from every direction, and you’re grabbing and holding on to everything you can. I’ve been in the latter. But you know what? I’ll be so honest and admit, I love it here. I fall asleep exhausted with a little grin on my face every night because I know I’m doing everything I can, plus the things I didn’t know I could. Building this life brick by brick. And yes, I’m up to f everything these days. See you on the mat, gorgeous freaks💋

“August is May with ambition,” I smile, telling her why I love this time of the year. A huge part of living in Sweden is commenting on the weather. But it’s not just the weather that changes with the season. It’s the energy from which the collective moves.
While May holds hope for lighter days, people are yearning to check out for summer. It’s that shift where we are moving away from everything we’re tired of, rather than towards what we look to pursue. And while that difference sounds subtle, it’s huge. Especially from a business perspective.
Now in August people are back in business, but not yet back in busyness, and even if we move away from summer, it’s like we’re moving towards something. It’s May, but with ambition. A sense of summer with a scent of September.
Sharing a few moments of being back in business (even if I was never out of it during summer), and a few things that keep me away from that sense of busyness, remembering that it is a state of being. And how our state of being influences everything, always.
 1. Morning movement on the Megaformer. Back to mornings with no phone for the first 2 hours again, and it’s a game changer. 2. Nominated for “Årets Företagare” by Bokio, which is such an honor. You can vote through the link in my profile daily until September 1st. 3. Visited the new longevity club, @dna_by_slvk , at Sheraton Hotel. 4–5. @virehealth hosted a breakfast for a group of investors, founders and entrepreneurs. 6. Pit stop at @djurgardsbrunn on my daily morning walk in solitude. 7–8. “Being on energy: the punctuality we rarely talk about” - extended my perspective on corporate wellbeing and conscious leadership in my Linkedin newsletter.
