“We were lucky,” says owner Jérémy Rocher. “Even though the building is over 100 years old, it was one of the first concrete buildings in Paris. This meant we could remove walls and create big spaces without compromising the structural integrity of the building.” For the full tour of this home/gallery in The Marais, visit the link in our bio.

CHARETTE had the pleasure of producing @halirugs Housewarming this past Thursday, in celebration of the new Alexandria showroom opening.

Guests were treated to vinyl from DJ @jesse_emsalem , tarot card readings by @reaya__ , pizza from @tatatapizza and gelato from @mapo_gelato . Thank you to @cleancollectiveofficial and Belena Wines @calabriafamilywines for partnering with Hali on the celebration.

To mark two years of Behind the Design Podcast, we’re giving it a home of it’s own on Instagram at @unfolded_behindthedesign - a space for deeper conversations, behind-the-scenes moments, fresh insights, and everything that happens beyond the final product. We toasted the occasion with a second birthday party in Sydney. And what a night it was.

🌞SYDNEY!!🌞

A too-quick weekend of family hangs, art crawls, sweet treats, old mate catch-ups, and dreamy swims🌊 (we went to the McIvers Ladies Bath (aka Coogee Women’s Pool) no less than three times!). It was actually Mardi Gras weekend 🏳️‍🌈 but these cool gay parents spent Saturday night playing Boggle with my brother + fam then going to bed by nine.😎 It’s always a comfort being back, like realizing I have a twin sister I’d somehow forgotten about.

Don’t be too jealous, I only have a 24-hour plane ride home* ahead of me which is actually even more fun and easy with two small kids! 😭

*Home? Where even is it anymore?🤔

Last week CHARETTE had the privilege of bringing the second @halirugs x @smac_studio collection launch to life with an intimate dinner at @shellhousesydney.

The event welcomed leading designers and media to experience the collaboration first-hand. Bold, colourful and full of character, the collection reflects a confident design evolution for both Hali and Smac Studio.

One of Hali’s core values is to treat everyone with the same respect you’d give family — and this dinner felt like that value embodied: full of conversation, laughter and genuine connection.

From making the original introduction between Hali and Smac Studio, to media strategy, guest list curation and event execution, CHARETTE was proud to manage the launch end-to-end.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Shell House for the spectacular setting.
