About last night… I can’t say enough how special these ladies are and how important sport is in building fierce, supportive communities around women. This is just a few of the BBC ladies but you are all so incredible. Honoured to be our forward of the year. #utb #rugbyfamily

Happy International Women’s Day to the fierce, talented, and unstoppable women and girls of the Balmy Beach Rugby Club! Every day, you push boundaries, lift each other up, and prove what’s possible on and off the field.

The last two years have heralded an incredible period of growth for both our junior girls and senior women’s programs. Today, we’re celebrating how far we’ve come and looking ahead to an even brighter future.

There’s never been a better time to be part of this community. If you’re a woman or girl looking to challenge yourself, build lifelong friendships, and play the game we love, come join us. 💙💛

This weekend we cottaged, beer olympic’ed, dined out and generally celebrated our amazing friend @maddelynharris. Whom @titolasagna has been smart enough to realize is a kickass, fiery, intelligent woman that he needed to lock in 💍. To no one’s surprise, the amazing women who came out are all just as smart, fierce, kind and fun and we had the best time showing our girl some love.

Real progress comes from more than just physical effort. It’s built through your environment, your mindset, and the people you surround yourself with.

If you’re struggling to stay consistent or see results, maybe it’s not about the amount of workouts you did a week. Maybe it’s about who’s in your corner. Having the right support system, people who challenge you, hold you accountable, and remind you to enjoy the process can be the difference between burning out and progressing.

Strength isn’t just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and social too. And when you get all those pieces working together, that’s when real change happens.

This is a reminder that there are various dimensions that health involves and we should take care of all of them in order to see the change. Have fun is one of them so make sure to not be so hard on yourself! 💪🏽
