Back to back EOB where externals hit hard but my willpower, a good prayer and delusions pull me forward.

Eternally grateful for how much support I get and how much I truly get to become better each and everyday, I won’t disappoint any of you 🙏🏽 I WILL be ready and what I put on the platform will be unforgettable

Thank you to my other half @sunya.sbd for being the only reason I was able to push through prep and perform. Big ups @carrytonz for helping me secure 500 dots and overall being a great coach. Thank you @kevinpapa for single handedly hosting the meet of the year and building up the PL community day by day. And thank you to everyone else who showed love and supported, writing this as one of the most grateful people on the planet❤️

POV: you came in to relax and your massage therapist decided the playlist needed a little more ✨energy✨ 💀😂

One second it’s peaceful spa music… next thing you know Cotton Eye Joe is absolutely RIPPING through the treatment room.

I regret nothing.

Your hips probably need more than just stretching 👀

This is one of my favorite techniques for working the glutes and hip rotators.

By pinning the tissue while taking the hip through controlled internal and external rotation, we can combine targeted pressure with active movement instead of just working on the area statically.

Simple technique. Lots of movement. Feels incredible when the hips are locked up.

Week 3 Chronicles | 13 Weeks Out from @avancushouston !!

1st stop on my Houston gym tour is @compoundgym_ with my fellow Flexx ladies😤.

The whole workout I was just thinking about the smoky jollof @chopnblok_ after, so I think that helped these deadlifts move like nothing🙂‍↔️. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT…TASTED LIKE MY CHILDHOOD

I have a problem where if I like a shirt, I get in in multiple colors, so I may be looking for the red & brown in the near future…& the blue…bc I already bought my fav the green🫣 @beefyclothing 👀

I’ve never seen a @usapowerlifting nationals. I seen and met so many people. Chicago was a great location as well. Chicago absolutely was a blast.

Fangirling over competing makes you realize how much you love the sport. I also got to tour, relax, lift heavy at @mpgfitness , @chicagobarbellcompound , and @surgetonewlevels

Not sure if I’ll break my non-national meet streak but this did have me tempted to do one one day lol.

It was such an honor to meet so many of you guys and see you guys dominate in all areas that help make this sport great. From lifters, to media team @barbellproductions. @kevin_barbellproductions thank you for allowing me to commentate my first meet.

All the girls I met in person!
Special shout out to @yksupe just realized we didn’t even get a pic. Still got to get that chair ordered (insider)

Overall I’ll be returning to Chicago soon 😂😂😂 I loved it! Hopefully this time without a tornado 😭
