Day 54 | 90-Day Reset ✨

Sometimes the Reset isn’t about changing your direction. It’s about expanding your perspective on what’s possible.

The other day, I stepped outside my usual interests and attended @on_setatl FILMTALK: Off Set with On Set at Atlanta City Hall.

What I thought would simply be an opportunity to experience something different turned into an evening of inspiration, meaningful conversations, and valuable takeaways.

A reminder that growth doesn’t always require a big leap. Sometimes it starts with being willing to show up.

Choosing to remain curious, embrace new experiences, and give myself permission to discover what’s next. ✨

This years @therace_uc DID NOT disappoint. It was something different this year though, like the PEACHTREE ,it seemed lighter this year. A huge turnout but the air was lighter and it seemed more like a fun run. For some odd reason it’s turning more into an enjoyment then a PR mission @ least for me …… At any rate it’s always a FAMILY-AFFAIR when the 💚❤️🖤 link up . I don’t know what it was about this years #peachtreeroadrace but it just felt different. 🤔 A good different. The air felt lighter, the energy was more about living in the moment than performance. It just seemed more about smiling and laughter than from previous years. Nobody I knew took it serious and that’s what made 2026’s Peachtree all the more special. GOD did His big one with a break in the temperature maybe that had something to do with it or maybe we all just needed some shade , a hug and a good laugh. But whatever it was it gave me a high like no other……. And them shots and beer didn’t hurt either 😉🍻!!!!

A lil late but always on time 😉……. I had the pleasure of supporting and participating in two of my pavement brothers @inspiredbytheo & @drnup3 ‘s South Fulton’s chapter @sfacnupes ❤️🤍❤️🤍 2nd annual Inaugural Dreamers of Achievement 5k…….. I knew I was in for some good energy and good Keke but I wasn’t expecting to place 💪🏾🏆🥉3rd in my age group !!! A blow of kisses to everybody who placed. And a round of applause for @inspiredbytheo and @drnup3 and @sfacnupes for giving the @cityofhapeville a tradition to look forward to every June !!! BIG-UPS to all my folks and everybody who walked away with some extra hardware 🏆💪🏾

😏If nobody ever told you “ You going to hell Jezebell” while you waiting for the bus……this post is not for you!!!! 🤷🏾‍♀️ if you’ve never bought a big of muscadines in the green produce bag, just keep scrolling🤳🏾 , CRAZY 😝 how you can attend the same place in different times of your life and not just see but feel the difference. I did a lot of stupid 💩 at @underground_atlanta (AND I WOULDN’T TAKE IT BACK ATALL ) but NOW?!?!? I was my honor to run it back down memory lane for a 5K. Not like I’ve been living out of town but revisiting a pivotal part of my younger years to run 🏃🏽‍♀️💨 3.1 miles on the same streets was not only ironic……But it was nostalgic 🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️✨✨….. Sooooo we started 15 minutes late … ⏰ #illtaketheslackforthat 🙂‍↕️. Ok so not only were we 15 minutes behind , we had an impromptu almost 1 mile warm up searching for the course. No signage from the staring point. But GOD !!!! 🤲🏾💃🏾….. Caught up to the pack and the rest is history . I may start last but I’ll never get left . 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️💨💨 @beehealthyvibes WE DID IT !!! @inspiredbytheo you did your thing with this one !!! 3rd Annual @ctae_in_aps 5k. It felt more like a reunion than a Saturday run. Being around good energy at the top of your day sets the tone for a good rest of the day. Not to mention coming in 2nd place in my age group helps 🎖️🎖️ @beehealthyvibes my other half of the #pushthroughcrew 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ Congratulations @inspiredbytheo on another successful CTAE 5k.
