Freeman turned 4!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Airport Overlook to celebrate with @vtshrum and I, especially @mommashrum4u who ended up staying an extra week to help out (🙏) the past week and @daveordog for stealing the show with the T-Rex transformer // auto transporter gift that I have a feeling will be a permanent member of our family for years to come.

WEEK 5 DOWN 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️

wow i can’t believe how these weeks are flyin by. this past week was a chill, lower milage week. no weight training and no speed workouts. strictly zone 2 and recovery ❤️‍🩹 which honesty i wasn’t mad at since the wind decided to join and never leave 🫨 gusts up to 30/50 mph

not too many thoughts this week other than im so grateful for a healthy, able strong body. i just love running 🥹😭 thankful to have seen some friends and ive justbeen filled with such joy the last few weeks with a lighter work load- allowing me to prioritize my runs, rest, recovery, and just a slower paced day to day. can’t articulate how good for the soul it’s been.

we’re expecting up to 10/12 inches of snurrrr which shall be interesting for this week’s workouts. hoping to run 30 miles this week and im prayin it ain’t all on the dreadmill 😛
