Not pictured: the coordination it took to get four people in and out of the booth.

We love seeing your Drama Club strips, keep ‘em coming.

No Riot Fest for us this year, but that didn’t stop us from joining the crew at @midwestcoastbrewing for their pre-party celebrating the release of their collab with @sincereengineer

Thanks @beeradjacent for filling in as guest host on this episode of Tiny Mics

Last night I headed down to @midwestcoastbrewing for their new beer release with @sincereengineer, perfectly named, Sincere Enginbeer. The beer was on tap (of course I took 4 home) and it was BYO air fryer and corn dogs, and people absolutely came through with both.

I enjoyed a few of the tasty golden ales, and a corn dog, got to meet Deena from Sincere Engineer, and caught up with @beeradjacent, all while watching PCA have another insane night. Dubs all around.

Cheers! 🍻

On Thursdays, we run, then we grab coffee, and we don’t rush home, to the office, or anywhere else. Whatever is waiting for us can wait a little longer ✨☕🏃‍♀️

🎸🪘Front Row at the Show!🫶🏻🎫
.
Today’s pairing is Midwest Coast’s “Front Row” matched up with “Live at Thalia Hall” by LA LOM.
.
🍺: “Front Row” by @MidwestCoastBrewing, an English style pale ale, is a collab with @BeerAdjacent. This beer takes you back to better times in the industry. A delicious caramel malt note with a great bitterness that tiptoes between piney and grapefruit pith. The malt is really the welcomed star of the show on this one! Beer Adjacent is a marketing agency run by Rachel Morrison here in Chicago. She was the first guest ever on my podcast if you want to go back and listen to that! She works with multiple clients in and around the beverage/food scene to tell their stories. Midwest Coast is located in Chicago’s Wes Town neighborhood. Label art is by @Joey_Giardiniera.
.
🎧: “Live at Thalia Hall” by @The_LALOM was released in 2025 on @RecordStoreDayUS. LA LOM stands for Los Angeles League of Musicians, and is a trio comprised of @ZacSokolow on guitar, @JBFaulkner on bass, and @Nico.Alacran on percussion. Their music blends Latin vibes, mostly getting inspiration from Colombian Cumbia and Peruvian chicha. @thaliahallchicago is a venue here in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. The album is pressed on translucent red vinyl by @VerveRecords and limited to 1,500 copies.
