Any moon lovers here? 🌙

Saturday’s New Moon in Libra offers a prompt for reflection: where has keeping the peace come at the expense of being honest?

With World Mental Health Day also falling on Oct 10, we’re making room to check in with ourselves and each other. Notice what feels out of balance, name what you need, and reach out for support.

You deserve connection that allows you to be fully yourself. 💛 taken in The Apartment Chicago Studio by @theapartmentchi

This week, we’re leaving a few words for our marathoners to carry along the way. A reminder. A reason to smile. Something you’d want to hear when it gets really hard.

Drop your words of encouragement in the comments or stop by The Apartment and add them to our “A Little Love for the Long Run” wall. 🤍

We’ll share our favorites with you this Saturday! taken in The Apartment Chicago Studio by @theapartmentchi
