Look ma - no crutches! 🩼 I can say without a doubt it was the right call to have surgery - I was not aware of how constant my pain was and how much it was impacting my life. I’m a regular again at Be Fit, there isn’t a better PT place - I’m very thankful to have their help in rebuilding strength and stability.
