POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night, as Libra took her final bow… Scorpio was waiting in the wings. ♎️♏️

Still laughing, still glowing, and still making every season count. ✨

Because we don’t always see the hard parts—the difficult days, the quiet battles, or everything it takes to keep showing up. Social media may capture a moment, but every life holds so much more beneath the surface.

Wherever you are, I hope you make the most of the life you have, in whatever way feels honest and meaningful to you.

Here’s to the fourth quarter of living—and lyfing. 🥂

Let the Shenanigans Begin🦂😉😘!!!!

It’s Summer Somewhere… ☀️🌞😎

Ours officially ended yesterday with the Fall Equinox, yet beneath another sky, summer still calls.

As fall unfolds, which way does your wanderlust lean—toward sun-drenched shores or snow-capped mountains?

Drop a ☀️ if you’re happiest barefoot by the water, a ❄️ if you’d rather be fireside in the mountains, or a 🌆 if the rhythm of a big city brings you to life.

Some friendships don’t need an occasion. Just a call. ❤️

48 hours in Vegas. A little sunshine, a little R&B, and some much-needed girl time.

And somewhere between the music, the laughter, and the moments that never make it into the camera roll, (because what happens in Vegas … 😉), is a reminder that the best part of going somewhere is often who you go with.

Channeling Dolly 🕊️

“Figure out who you are and do it on purpose.”
— Dolly Parton

The longest relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.

Love her.
Choose her.
Forgive her.
Celebrate her.
And give her the grace to keep becoming.

The Magic of Martha’s Vineyard

Begins in the hush of morning…

Walking miles as the island slowly finds its voice, swimming with the Polar Bears at sunrise, and letting afternoons stretch lazily into porch conversations.

By afternoon, the island finds another rhythm—day parties and cookouts, luncheons and receptions. And if the spirit moves you, evenings spill into concerts and dancing, or simply sitting around a fire pit beneath a sky full of stars.

Somewhere between sunrise and sunset, time seems to loosen its grip.

And 48 hours later, I exhale.

Maybe that’s the magic.

Finding a rhythm somewhere between quiet and celebration, solitude and community, old traditions and new memories—between familiar faces and unexpected souls you somehow know you were meant to meet.

You stand a little taller when you realize you are among your people, in a place where belonging doesn’t have to be explained.

Because it was written here long before we arrived—in the footsteps of those who came before us, claimed their piece of the Rock, and made room for generations to follow.

Maybe that’s why people return year after year…..

Some places you visit; others leave the porch light on.🏮

I’ll definitely be back. Sooner this time rather than Later!

There’s something uncanny about the way certain energies find each other…

No history. No explanation.
Just recognition.

POLAR BEAR PLUNGE 🐻‍❄️

It had been a while since I’d been on the Rock.

Returning meant immersing myself in the traditions that make this island so special—including one that has been greeting the morning for generations.

For 80 years, the Polar Bears have gathered at the Inkwell, wading into the Atlantic to move, sing and begin the day together. Standing in that circle, arms raised, Jacob’s Ladder rising over the water as the sun came up behind us, there was something quietly spiritual about it all.

And perhaps the sweetest part was sharing it with someone who made room for me—not only in this experience, but in her heart as well.

Some traditions you witness.

Others invite you in. ❤️🖤💚

Off the beaten path on the Rock…

On Martha’s Vineyard, the hours seem to loosen their grip. You stop checking the time, let the phone disappear into your bag, and find yourself lingering over conversations, wandering without a plan, and watching the day unfold at its own pace.

That day, the island pulled me west — first to Aquinnah, where the clay cliffs rise above the Atlantic and everything feels a little quieter, a little wilder, and wonderfully far away.

Then on to Menemsha, a tiny working fishing village where lobster traps line the docks, fishing boats still come and go, and one of the island’s simplest traditions may also be one of its best: grab a lobster roll, pull up a lawn chair and stay for the sunset.

But there are other things you carry away from a place — sometimes as simple as a few stones gathered at the water’s edge.

Maybe that’s the luxury of slowing down.

You notice what you might otherwise have walked right past.

Freedom is more than a date in history. It’s the courage of those who came before us, the dreams they carried, and the opportunities we refuse to take for granted.

Today, I honor the strength woven into my DNA, the sacrifices that made my freedom possible, and the responsibility to live boldly, love deeply, and leave doors open for those coming behind me.

I am my ancestors’ wildest dream—and their legacy lives on in every mile I travel, every story I share, and every space I enter unapologetically.

Happy Juneteenth. ❤️🖤💚

Sometimes the most important company is your own.

A little distance from ALL the noise.
A little closer to YOURSELF.

Because the way you care for yourself shapes the way you show up in the world.🌎
