Coffee & Coached by Behaviorish ☕️
We had the sweetest morning at Fox Point Farms with Katie and Rachel, founders of the newly launched business @behavior.ish

Rooted in behaviorism, which is all about understanding the “why” behind behavior and helping families build practical tools that support connection, communication, and everyday routines. As moms, we know how much support can be needed when navigating big emotions, transitions, tantrums, or challenging behaviors, and it felt so meaningful to learn from women who approach those moments with education, compassion, and real-life strategies.

It was such an amazing turnout, and we love being able to highlight small businesses that truly understand motherhood, children, and the importance of creating supportive spaces for families.

💌Behaviorish offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation through their website, which is usually the best first step before booking services. If you’re interested in learning more or connecting with their team, head to their website and book a consult.

Such a beautiful morning with our community!! ❤️

Need a push to hold your ground when your toddler has an exorcism on the kitchen floor because you told them Daddy is doing bedtime tonight and they only want YOU?

Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founder of @behavior.ish Rachel Morris is about to give you the loving push you need. Rachel sat down with me this week to give us real, digestible, concrete reasons WHY:

💫why our kids tend to default to one parent
why the non-preferred parents needs a chance to fill that role
💫why our brains are hardwired to overreact to our kids emotional outbursts
💫why it matters that we learn how to stay calm in our kid’s storms
💫why it matters that we don’t lean on our kids for emotional fulfillment
……..and most of all - why all of this feels SO HARD sometimes!

This is an episode I firmly believe every parent needs to listen to. Comment SNOOZE and I’ll send you the link! 💫
