There's a version of you that walks into the hardest room of the year and feels completely steady. The world's best performers aren't born calm. They train for it. On Friday, 30 October, Dinners with Dreamers brings you an evening with Mon Brokman, founder of Behavioural Foresight @behavioural.foresight, who trains athletes, performers and leaders to stay unshakeable when the stakes are highest. He came to India in 2016 with no plan. Ten days of Vipassana later, he found his life's work: staying calm under attack. This isn't a talk you sit through. It's an evening you take part in. A guided breath practice, the same one he uses with athletes before they compete The story of the day his own composure failed, and what it taught him A conversation shaped around the moments you'd love to handle better You'll leave with a story, a technique you can use the very next morning, and a table of people who get it. 📅 Friday, 30 October · 7:30 PM 📍 MG Road, Bengaluru 🍽️ Rs. 2,000 per person · proceeds after costs are donated. Just 12–15 seats. DM us or tap the link in bio to reserve yours. Come as you are. Leave a little steadier. #DinnersWithDreamers #ThePause #Bengaluru #BangaloreEvents #Mindfulness #PeakPerformance #Breathwork #ConsciousLiving #CuratedDinners #BangaloreCommunity

❤️ THE ELEPHANT POND IS COMING BACK. 🐘🌿 For a long time, many of you have been asking us, “When is The Elephant Pond coming back?” Your messages have truly overwhelmed us. The truth is, we had to step away. I was battling Chronic Kidney Disease and spent a long period on dialysis, which meant we couldn’t open our doors and welcome you the way we loved to. Then, on 24th October last year, I underwent my second kidney transplant — successfully. ❤️ With a new lease on life, we’re now working on bringing TEP back. Because The Elephant Pond was never just a place. It was the people, the food, the conversations, the laughter, the dogs running around, and the memories we created together. Hosting you has been one of the greatest joys for my parents and me. And now, we’re dreaming bigger. We’re working towards creating a private forest and conservation park — a space where nature, animals, people, food, art and community can come together. If you’ve visited TEP, enjoyed our hospitality, eaten at our table, let your dogs run free, or simply followed our journey, we’d love for you to be part of this revival. Comment TEP and we’ll DM you the details. And watch this space as the plans unfold… The Elephant Pond is coming home. 🌿🐘❤️ #TheElephantPond #TEPRevival #NewBeginnings #PrivateForest #ConservationPark NatureAndCommunity DogPark Bengaluru Bangalore BackToNature Community ForestLife ComingHome

Comment ’MON’ and I will Personally DM you the Entire Conversation. Can your body reveal when something feels untrue? In this conversation, we explore how physiological responses can change when people experience stress, pressure or discomfort while answering questions. When someone feels threatened, uncertain or concerned about how their answer will be perceived, the body may show signs of increased arousal. Tools like biofeedback can help measure changes in signals such as heart rate, breathing patterns or other physiological markers. But the important question is interpretation. A physical reaction does not automatically mean someone is lying. Stress, excitement, fear or simply being put on the spot can create similar responses. Our bodies are constantly responding to our thoughts and emotions. Understanding those signals can provide insight, but they need context. Save this if useful. #Biofeedback #HumanBehaviour #MentalPerformance [biofeedback, body language psychology, physiological responses, stress response, human behaviour]

Comment ‘MON’ and I will personally DM you the Entire Conversation. What if the first meeting of your day was with yourself? In this conversation, we explore a simple mental performance practice: creating clarity before the day starts. Instead of immediately reacting to messages, tasks and expectations, the idea is to pause and check in. How did you wake up? What does your body need? What actually matters today? This small reset can include planning your priorities, adding movement, meditation, breathing or simply deciding where your attention should go. The goal is not to create a perfect schedule. It is to reduce the mental energy wasted on uncertainty and make intentional choices before the day takes over. Give yourself a few minutes every morning to decide what deserves your focus instead of letting everything compete for it. Save this if useful. #MentalPerformance #Productivity #Focus [mental performance, morning routine, productivity habits, focus techniques, clarity mindset]

Comment’MON’ and I will personally DM you the entire conversation. What if your afternoon slowdown is not a lack of discipline, but a lack of recovery? In this conversation, we explore how decision fatigue can affect performance throughout the day. After hours of making choices, solving problems and staying focused, your mental energy can naturally start to decline. The solution is not always pushing harder. Small recovery moments between demanding tasks can help create a reset. A short pause, a breathing exercise or a few minutes away from constant input can help you return with more attention. The misconception is that productive people maintain the same level of focus from morning to evening. Human energy fluctuates, and managing those fluctuations is part of performing well. Do not wait until you are completely drained. Build small recovery moments into your day before your performance drops. Save this if useful. #MentalPerformance #Productivity #DecisionFatigue [decision fatigue, mental energy management, productivity habits, workplace performance, focus recovery]

Comment ‘MON’ and I will personally DM you the Entire Conversation. What if a simple breathing pattern could change how your body responds? In this conversation, we explore a breathing exercise designed to observe changes in physiological state. By slowing the breath and extending the exhalation, the goal is to create a calmer state and notice how the body responds. Stress activates the body’s alert systems. Breathing techniques are one tool people use to bring more awareness and control back into that response. The important part is not that one exercise works the same way for everyone. Different people respond differently, and breathing is only one part of managing stress. When pressure rises, creating a small pause through intentional breathing may help you respond with more control instead of reacting immediately. Save this if useful. #StressManagement #BreathingTechniques #MentalPerformance [breathing exercises for stress, heart rate variability, nervous system regulation, stress response, breathing techniques]

Control starts before pressure. Elite performers do not wait for high-pressure moments to manage their minds. They build the right habits long before those moments arrive. @mon_brokman breaks down how stress is shaped by interpretation, how attention affects energy and performance and why breath, recovery and mental clarity are essential for staying in control. The full episode of The Secret Sauce Podcast is available now on YouTube, Spotify, JioSaavn, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music. #ElitePerformance #MentalPerformance #HighPerformance #StressManagement #PerformanceCoaching [The Secret Sauce Podcast, Mon Brokman, elite performers, mental performance, high-performance coaching, pressure management, stress response, attention control, breathwork, recovery habits]

Comment’MON’ and I will personally DM you the entire conversation. What if discomfort is not a sign to stop, but a place to train? In this conversation, we explore what happens when people step into situations that feel unfamiliar or threatening. The brain can interpret a social challenge as a threat, triggering physical and emotional responses like racing thoughts, nervousness or tension. The training begins by staying with that feeling instead of immediately escaping it. Speaking one more sentence. Staying in the conversation a little longer. Allowing yourself to experience the discomfort without judging the outcome. The goal is not to become fearless. It is to teach yourself that discomfort can be experienced without needing to run away from it. Growth often happens when you remain present in situations that challenge you and learn that you can handle them. Comment’MON’ and I will personally DM you the entire conversation. What if you could learn the exact tools that help you reset? In this conversation, we explore how biofeedback can help people notice patterns in their physiological responses and understand what happens when they are under pressure. The important part is that there may not be one universal technique. Some people respond better to mental cues, others to logical prompts, while someone else may benefit more from controlled breathing. By observing these responses over time, the idea is to build a personal toolkit that helps you recognise when you are becoming activated and choose a strategy that works for you. The practical takeaway is to stop assuming that the same stress-management technique works for everyone. Pay attention to your own patterns and identify what helps you return to a steadier state. Save this if useful. #MentalPerformance #Biofeedback #SelfAwareness [ biofeedback training, physiological stress response, mental performance, stress management, body awareness]
