Couldn’t think of a better way to spend the afternoon than learning about Traditional Chinese Medicines, drinking tea and eating Dim Sum and Dessert. We got to make our own concoction and decorate a tea pouch which was really fun. The peony pastry with red bean filling (pictured near the end) were handmade with love over many hours and so pretty. I’ve never been a fan of red bean but these were really nice. Buttery biscuit perfectly balanced with red bean. What a great experience! TCM is something I’m really interested in and may do something with in the future 😆 Thanks @35csupperclub. Had the best time and highly recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit different. Will be trying your actual supper club soon 😋

Mala’s

Recently we created a custom made Mala with the request of Green crystals and the energy of Green Tara. Finished with gold beads, buddha head and a green silk tassle.

We love creating bespoke pieces .

Malas consist of 108 beads, which can represent your mantras or intentions you set, they are a great meditation tool also. Powerful energy to carry during your practices within yoga , meditation and spiritual practices.

If you are looking for a custom made Mala you can DM Gemma @goodvibesbygems , we ask a few questions to start the process in creating your mala and get the right crystals for you.

Thank you to @behippyfit for her beautiful request.

Bollywood Dance

From Mumbai movie studios to Beamish Hall.

Meet the lovely Suzi from @behippyfit

Bollywood dance is set to the music released in films and it is one of the biggest cultural exports of India today.
With varied styles and techniques, borrowed from Indian classical dance, Western pop influences, folk dance and more Bollywood has become synonymous with storytelling through gestures, beautiful costumes and visualisation.

This workshop will be lots of fun and very expressive. You will learn some of the signature moves of Bollywood, create a short sequence then finish with a yoga-inspired stretch.

All of this is great for: coordination, hand and wrist mobility, cardio fitness. The class is suitable for all levels, and the main objective is to have fun with some great music and people.

See you on the dancefloor
