Some Highlights from the game Saturday against SoCal Reds GA. We didn’t win, but can appreciate some good saves.

Always try to create passing angles, scan & make decisions, defend & recover possession, connect defense & offense, and control the tempo. Mistakes are part of the process. #futbolfemenino #scbluesecnl #socalsoccergirls 📈🧠

🚨 THE FEMALE ATHLETE + THE ACL — SEPTEMBER 25 🚨

We’re getting closer! Join us Friday, September 25 at 5 PM for a FREE educational seminar dedicated to one of the topics we are most passionate about: improving ACL injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance outcomes for female athletes. 💛🖤

We’re going beyond simply talking about ACL injuries. We’re talking about what we can actually DO differently.

🏋️ STRENGTH TRAINING — Why getting female athletes stronger matters and how strength training can be part of reducing ACL injury risk.

📊 FORCE PLATES + OBJECTIVE TESTING — How we use data both before and after injury to identify deficits, track progress, and help guide return-to-sport decisions.

⚡️ ACCELERATION, POWER + DECELERATION — Because preparing an athlete for sport requires getting strong in the gym plus more. We need to prepare her to sprint, stop, cut, react, and perform on the field.

♀️ THE FEMALE ATHLETE + MENSTRUAL CYCLE — We’re also incredibly excited to welcome a professional female athlete to join the conversation around the menstrual cycle, training, and the growing discussion surrounding cycle-informed training and “cycle syncing.”

Whether you’re a female athlete, parent, coach, healthcare provider, or performance professional, we want you in the room.
