From the project Layers of Grief with my beloved @vdmlotte 🤍
Big thanks to @ben.broser for designing and building such a fantastic stage, allowing the stories to be narrated in the most natural and honest way.
To @liltheatresound for pouring her love and passion into capturing the best sounds and to many others who helped make this happen!

carrying clouds

„ein vogel singt
die bäume wehen.
ich glaub du flüsterst
mir ein gedicht.
es sind deine
lieblingszeilen
es klingt genauso
als wenn du sprichst“

this is from the collaboration with @ben.broser and @lilianbakelaar last year. they created a unique stagedesign and lightshow for my song “wolken“.
in the beginning stages of the concept saskia blagaj-berger and i made this cloud! but eventually never used it in the performance. such a cutie cloud tho :D

more from the final performance soon!

x to ben and lilian!

“AANGERAAKT” (Interdisciplinary collaboration between Scenography, Design & Technology, and Directing at @atd.idlab @atdamsterdam )

You can’t see it. You can’t feel it. You can’t hear it. You just know that it’s there. Or at least, you think you do.

Sometime in the future, you will look back and question why you didn’t just reach out and touch it.

An interactive installation and sound design, experienced almost entirely in darkness.
Collaboratively designed, created, and performed by the amazingly talented and hardworking @portfoliomorris, @lisabernardus.nl, @jaan_smit, myself, and all the dark matter that surrounds us.

Coached and by Jan van den Berg and Willem Weemhof, and generously voiced by Jan
