7,000+ followers. Fucking hell 😂 A lot of you arrived here because of photographs taken over 20 years ago, so I should probably introduce myself. I’m Glynn. 45. Dad of four. Former Royal Marine. Fitness coach for nearly 20 years. From the outside, I probably look like I’ve got my shit together. I haven’t. I’m still learning. Still fucking things up. Still trying to be a better dad, ask for help when I need it and find a bit more peace with the past. Going through these old photos has weirdly become part of that. So there’ll be plenty more unseen military stuff. But also dad life, training, mental health, lessons learned and taking the piss out of myself along the way. That’s pretty much me.
