Buying meat in bulk just became easy and affordable.

No more Costco runs followed by a 30 minute ziplock bagging session and another 15 minutes of cleaning the counters from meat juices.

I just open my Wyecroft Foods order and put the pre-portioned meat straight in my freezer. No hassle, no mess.

Just high quality meat ready whenever I need it.

SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

How many of you can say you’ve had a 6 pack in your life at one point?

How many of you can say you walk around with a 6 pack all year round?

Statistically only 1 In 25 000 men have a 6 pack. That’s 0.004% of the world. That’s a pathetic stat. If you look back in the 1900s I can guarantee you that number has drastically dropped.

Why are we normalizing being overweight? Why are we calling healthy food a diet? At what point in society did we go wrong.

Once upon a time there were Spartans, worriers, savages. Now we normalize hospital visits, medicine and obesity. We got this all wrong.

It’s time to wake up mother fuckers and bring back real men! The kind of men that could go to war at any given day, not those bitches that wouldn’t even fight to save their kids or wives life in a life or death situation.

It’s time to build real men again!!!

If you’re trying to get ripped up for summer, now is your time to start. You may not get where you want in just a couple months but it’s a start to building a stronger foundation and building the best version of yourself.

Every one of these men I coached, worked extremely hard. Building a 6 pack is no joke but one thing I can guarantee you is that every one of these gentlemen felt on top of the world when they looked this way.

Do you wanna know what I really love about this sport???? Take a guess...

If you said meeting some amazing new people or sharing this event with some incredible people in your corner... Well I'd give you a prize, but my goofy smile will have to do!!!!

First and foremost one of the most humble guys in a room I've ever shared @benbefit 😤😤😤 he brought his A+ game and absolutely owned it out there... Really looking forward to our next encounter my brotha!!!

The past, present, and future of this sport!!!! @ryanjterry (me) and the new kid @sergio.santacruzz what an absolute honour it was to have met both of you and I can't wait to see where we wind up posing together again 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

A blast from the past (Cambridge days) @brooke.harrison.nutrition you were absolutely stunning out there and absolutely deserved that win for your hard work and dedication (kudos to the coach @lindsay.martens_ ) and I can't believe you almost didn't recognize the" Food Basics" guy 😅😅😅😅

My two backstage tan girls @absolutetouchinc thank you ladies for keeping all of us looking amazing backstage and onstage!!! I especially want to thank Sue for her ability to make me look phenomenal out there and of course shout outs to the rest of the Absolute team (whoever tanned me first 🙈🙈🙈)

My prep Mom made a special effort to be there on show day and even brought her treats for me to enjoy post show!!! Only problem is I wanted more PB balls!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks @justfitwithjess for being so great with me leading into the final months of this prep when I needed it!!!! Love ya girly and super excited to see how we progress from here (future wellness winner) 😬😬😬

Lastly my teammate, brotha, and super chill guy @blakemuracco_ (under the circumstances) I never met someone so absolutely in his lane and laser focused both pre stage and backstage!!! Sorry to see that as our one and only encounter, but maybe you'll be at a couple of my shows in the future!!! Also your future wifey Kaitlyn is a very lucky lady to have someone as dedicated as you are my guy!!!!

There's more to come, but for now I wanna get back on track and focus on the next steps of getting through a proper reversal!!!

Finally digesting yesterday 😅😅😅 if you know you know!!!!

It's been such an incredible past 48 hours both traveling to and from Niagara Falls!!! Doing a show with an actual audience since my last one was still under the COVID rules!!!! And also being part of a show that featured the great @mindiobrien and @rjammer194 as part of the incredible @niagarafalls_classic @canadianphysiquealliance

It was my first ever open show experience and it lived up to the hype!!! Also having my friends and family there to watch me was such a surreal feeling too!!!! Though @mcphysiques_ifbbpro wasn't there in person he kept his word and was with me throughout the whole day like he was there!!!! And having my prep Mom @justfitwithjess plus my best friend @chilly.t there just made it all the more worthwhile...

We know what we gotta do for next time and we have a plan!!!! So here's to the one and only show of 2024 and looking forward to next year to bring my absolute best package ever 😤😤😤😤😤😤

More pics of my people to come in a later post!!! And let's not forget the actual stage shots from @muscleinsider @rayfitphotography who I even managed to get a free mini shoot before finals 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Cheers to all my fellow competitors and looking forward to next time 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 be warned I won't be going quietly next time 😤😤😤

Big congrats to @benbefit for 🥇 Novice and 🥈 in Class C and to @sanket_macwan04 for placing 🥉 in true novice and novice
I’m extremely pleased with the look we brought, both were peaked perfectly (though very differently) and they both need more size which we will now focus towards.

I had Ben winning his class but the guy who won had a wider frame and the judges went after the structure more than conditioning today, which is fine we just have to come undeniable next time! Posing wise Ben was the best there (see his routine) and Sanket has come a long way from how we started. Onwards and upwards!!

Couple hours out @benbefit from the Niagara Classic
We started with just helping him out with posing (check that routine) and then I took him on at 8 weeks out as a client, something I usually never do. But his work ethic and discipline resonated with me and I knew we can bring something special.
No crazy manipulations, no diuretic, just cruise into the show by being ready ahead of time.

Super proud of this guy, let’s go kill this show!!
