First half marathon completed with just over two weeks training. I’ve never ran more than a 10k up until a few months ago but I knew I needed a challenge. Big shout out to the Blackpool David Goggins @bencasson for getting me through it. We go again next year🫡.

A throw back to 2020

No idea how I got you to agree to this in the first place. 10minutes in you was turning round and waiting at the car for me. - somehow I managed to blag you and we continued to complete the Hellvellyn loop & striding edge.

From that day I knew you were wired up like me 🤣

Since then the challenges got bigger mentally and physically but the goal has stayed the same!

Time for the next one…💯

Clitheroe castle to Lancaster castle 36 mile Ultra - well and truly humbled by the hills. What a day for it, 6 hours 36 chip time 1500M elevation. Placed 15/100 - deffo won’t be 14 infront of me next year. So proud of my brother @uhi4ra some serious work gone into getting here and it’s just the beginning - keep it moving 🫡 bring on the next one

🚨In 2 days we will be running the whole Tyne and Wear metro route in one sitting - which will be around 130km (3b2b2b marathons)🚨

In order to raise some monies towards some kit and equipment for the boxers at Dunston amateur boxing gym.🥊

Yesterday together with @verve_sport we started a running club where anyone is welcome, people of all ages and abilities - with a WhatsApp group chat that is growing in numbers already 🤩. Good turnout yesterday and I know that the numbers will soon multiply 🚀

So there we have it 300km in 3 days! 🏃🏼

What a whirlwind of a weekend and as always a rollercoaster journey. Pretty solid from start to finish, that leaves us wondering if we had a support crew how long could we actually go for…?

Skipton marathon 01/02/26 🏃🏼

Hats off to this man. He came to me with a goal to run his first marathon in a sub3 6months ago.

We booked a race, made a plan and laced em up. 💯

Unbelievable graft, never missing a session and dedication to himself.

We had to make adjustments and tweaks throughout to navigate niggles and fatigue here and there but all in all, pretty plain sailing and @shredmond123 crossed the line in 2:57.👏👏

@bencasson - Another beast knocking 20mins off his time. As always strong running bro.🫡
