National Night Out, Benicia. 🚒❤️

From one end of the city to the other, #YourBeniciaFirefighters had a great time getting out into our neighborhoods, catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and spending the evening with the community we’re proud to serve.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed our crews, stopped by to say hello, and let the kids climb around the rigs. Nights like this are what make Benicia feel like home.

Until next year! 🚒

💜We’d like to give a huge thank you to our incredible sponsors. Your support makes everything we do possible!

Since 2014, the Tim & Jeannie Hamann Foundation has been proud to give a HAND UP to cancer patients right here in our community. Thanks to partners like you, we’ve provided over $1.8 MILLION+ in direct assistance-helping cover rent, groceries, gas, utilities, medical bills, and more. 💫

Your generosity continues to make a lasting impact in the fight against cancer and reminds patients they’re never alone. 💜

We’re so grateful to have you with us as we gear up for the 10th Annual Benicia Hand Up Turkey Trot 🦃 this Thanksgiving!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make a difference. 🙏

@sipsca in Benicia is the kind of bottle shop you can walk into looking for one bottle and leave with a whole new mezcal rabbit hole.

And the store itself is part bottle shop, part treasure hunt.

🇲🇽❤️ A VERY SPECIAL MOMENT FOR OUR FAMILY & CHICOS TAQUERIA

We are incredibly touched and honored to have been nominated by the City of Benicia’s VIBE Team to accept the City’s proclamation recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month.

Chicos has always been more than food to us. It’s our way of sharing our culture, traditions, family, and roots with the community we love.

A heartfelt thank you to the VIBE Team, the City of Benicia, and the Benicia Police Department for this beautiful recognition and for celebrating our Hispanic community.

We are so proud of where we come from and beyond grateful to represent our culture through Chicos. 🇲🇽🇸🇻🌮❤️

Con mucho orgullo, gratitud y corazón.

Today, Benicia Firefighters are at the State Capitol standing with firefighters from across California in support of AB 1383. 🚒

This is about more than a retirement formula. It’s about recruiting and retaining experienced firefighters, protecting the health and safety of those who serve, and making sure communities like Benicia continue to have the staffing and experience they depend on when they call 911.

We’re proud to be here today making our voices heard and asking Governor Newsom to SIGN AB 1383.

Strong fire departments mean safer communities.
Recruit. Retain. Protect.

Had a BLAST this past weekend being a part of the @larussell Benicia Backyard Show!!! I have 5 generations of family in this town, so this was very special to me growing up a Hip Hop kid who never got to experience or create my own type of event like this… I got to live vicariously thru the artists and the children to witness somethin thats never happened like this before… Here is a little recap I put together along with a Russ mashup including a @jacknastieboy song “Benicia Boy” from 2012!! Shoutout to everyone involved!!
