ICYMI, last week we chatted concussion, TBI & mental health with a racer who’s been through it all— make sure you listen to this one with @benjamfred of @thesmallmonstersproject

Fogust was about hugging my sweet humans just a little bit more, taking time to rest & recover, & looking forward to what’s next. I hadn’t seen my Mom or my sister in nearly 4 years & it was absolutely what I needed - a nice reminder of love that always transcends space & time. I spent as much time as I could with Ben as he’s now off on his Small Monsters National CX Tour & I rested my brain a bit as I gear up to study again this month for my PMP exam! Ben & I made sure to make space for our close friends as much as we could. We raced cross together, taking the top step! Might be the only time this year?? And I, of course, held many lady bro summits™️. And now we are full swing into the Fall Season. 🍁

I promise we rode bikes. New work out, featuring LOTS of new bike shirts for @ornotbike. Huge thanks to those involved in this mega crammed shoot that we squeezed into less than 3 hours. Feels good to get some of the stuff I’ve been creating out into the wild, and this doesn’t even cover the 100+ studio images it took to release this new line of jerseys. Whew! 🫠 #ridetodayornot #madewithseries

New! “Park” jerseys. Made from recycled materials, available in long and short sleeve versions and it has a rear zipper pocket for your keys or credit cards. Just in time for SF summer.

Concussion and traumatic brain injury recovery looks different for everyone, and there’s still far too much stigma around brain injury and mental health in sport. This week @thesmallmonstersproject @benjamfred joined us to talk about what he learned on his own journey, and what you need to know about current concussion protocol recommendations!

No sleeves required. The stars aligned for a stunning day in the Bay capped by a cross race in our backyard with 138 of my closest friends. So grateful for everyone who keeps these going and gives us a reason to race and party together. -- images by @jeffvsphoto @milktea_rider @nutter @gurufoto

Finally made it out to an @obf415 race last night and with camera and light in hand I had some fun documenting the chaos. Nice work keeping cross alive, y’all!
