Looking for a fun way to move this Wednesday?

Join us for a special edition of OWN THE PACE.

Looks like it’s going to be a hot one tomorrow, so we’re keeping it simple.

We’ll run the Central Park lower loop twice, which means we’ll be back at the start halfway through for a water break before heading out again.

And after the run, we’ll have fresh watermelon waiting for everyone. 🍉

DAY 3: A Week for the World

More miles, more smiles. 4 marathons to go and the community keeps growing!

The moment when you see the Knicks crashout in real time, and you smile after all the major transit incidents that snarled your commute and everyone else from their championship run until now. It's now their turn to pay the piper.

Yesterday's storm setup was picture perfect with a twist:
1) Getting 2 seperate M9s on the @mtalirr 1 coming into Manhattan and back home.
2) Running in a place that has given NYC teams fit and making them silly. That's why I ran in Dover, NJ. 2022 NY Rangers hockey had a 2-0 series lead over Tampa Bay Lightening and then collapsed losing 4 straight to Tampa in a best of 7 in the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals.
3) Mamdani and Trump both in the same building you knew the divide and conquer came full force. Between those 2 idiots, this is why you have both a bad track record when handling my strike zone running.
4) Stop blaming the officiating you have to make shots too.
5) A nice surprise a cold $200 hit on a $2 instant scratch ticket. The ticket was called Bonus Blackjack. Basic beat the dealer 10 chances to win $21k. 6th line I get a blackjack meaning it's double the prize $100 became $200. I knew then and there the Knicks were NOT WINNING.
Going back to numbers 2 and 4, if you can't handle my strike zone 4 inches off the outside edge in baseball terms meaning if you can't handle me running in Dover, NJ then don't play at all.

Today it's more LIKELY than not, I will be running it back in Dover, NJ but not starting in Dover, NJ. I will be close enough to start and end in Dover, NJ or start there and run to either Denville, NJ or Morris Plains, NJ. That will take me on the Morris and Essex Morristown line on @njtransit .
