Best of luck to Battersea local, podcaster @spencermatthews who’s currently running around Battersea Park Millennium Arena for 24 hours straight. This is all to raise money for charities chosen by you, which he’s asking people to nominate on his page and will be using his platforms to raise awareness. If you’re going past, go say hi and cheer him on! Thanks to @benwilsonuk who joined Spencer earlier and filmed this video. Run, Spencer, run! 📅 Fri 28th Feb to Sat 1st March ⏰ 5pm to 5pm 📍 Battersea Park Millennium Arena

At the end of last year I was not in a good place with my health and fitness and I knew something needed to change! Going through an Early Menopause it is even more important to stay on top of you health and fitness to keep your bones strong and heart healthy! Ben has been amazing! He’s taught me so much about fitness and how to get the most out of yourself! He has helped me to set realistic goals and make achievable targets and to make changes that will last! He has written this incredible book “The Grand Unified Theory of Weight Loss” and has really helped me to reframe the way I think about food and alcohol for the better! Thankyou @benwilsonuk I have made so many positive changes in my life which I want to remain and sometimes you just need that little bit of help to kick start you on the right track! #mylifeonpause #fitness #health #makeachange #exercise #menopause #earlymenopause #poi #bonehealth #heart #strongbones #weighttraining #strength #power #womenshealth #diet #theunifiedtheoryofweightloss #weightloss #burnfat #empower #live #support #goals #battersea #park #train #trainhard
