A little recap of the HYROX journey since starting at the end of 2024 and working with @berelentless___, @sean_noble7 & Mick Daly who are genuinely the best at what they do ⚡️

This season, the goal is to qualify for the World Championships in Hong Kong with @ryanobrien_ and document the training, races and trips along the way.

First race of the season is HYROX Gdansk in two weeks with @tiarnanoneill_performance. Looking forward to seeing where the fitness is at and getting the season underway 👊

A busy, brilliant few days on the road with @berelentless.

Saturday we drove down to Cork for the @corksimulations event — watching over 900 athletes race before hosting a masterclass. A really well run event, if you haven’t been before I’d highly recommend it.

Today we headed into Google’s Dublin HQ to run a masterclass for their employees ahead of Hyrox Dublin, just 13 weeks out. We covered pacing, movement efficiency on the stations, and how to structure training to peak on race day.

A state of the art setup, a brilliant team, and a genuinely warm welcome from everyone at Google. Thank you for having us.

What a great day out at MTU for a Hyrox Solos race with @corksimulations 🙌

The set-up was brilliant and everything was so well organised.

It was also great to meet some Irish Hyrox legends @sean_noble7 @berelentless___ @anatomic__fitness

I also picked up some new running and casual wear from @social.society.clothing - savage stuff, make sure to check them out.

After taking over a six-month break from Hyrox, I entered this race three days ago. It was my slowest time to date, but honestly I couldn’t care less about the time.

For me it was about getting back out there, enjoying the experience, getting a proper blowout into the legs and lungs and reminding myself why I love the mental challenge of a Hyrox solos race.

I’m always proud of myself regardless of what time I cross that finish line in.

Well done to everyone racing this weekend. Getting over the Hyrox finish line is an achievement in itself no matter what time is on the clock when you get there.

Be proud of the work. Be proud of the effort. And most importantly, enjoy the journey 💪
