Day 18 of 75: May 29th, 2026 Started the morning with @berkeleyglasser class, and wow… it was intense. 🔥 After surviving that workout, I treated myself to a blueberry matcha from @praxiscafe which was exactly what I needed. Thanks McKenna (@mckennafredricksonn )🫶🏼 Work was actually pretty chill today, and honestly, I was grateful for that. The only thing I wasn’t grateful for? The weather. Yesterday was warm, sunny, and beautiful, and today decided to be gloomy, cold, and gray. Seattle, make up your mind. 😂 One of the highlights of the day was seeing my friend Lisa (@lisa_gaolingyun join the gym for weight room this evening! It was so much fun getting a workout in together, and afterward we catching up with some delicious Thai food. It was also great seeing Joss (@moontidebaby ) and some of the regular faces at the gym. There’s something special about being part of a community that keeps showing up. Another win today: I lifted 15-pound weights for the first time in a long while. Small victories add up, and it felt good to push myself a little further. 💪 Now I’m home, listening to my audiobook, winding down, and getting ready for bed. Looking forward to some rest and excited to wake up and do it all over again tomorrow. See you all tomorrow. ✨ #75hard #seattle #fitnessmotivation #follow #lifestyle

Come celebrate her with us this week and let’s fill the room with love 🫶 ✨ Thursday 7:15pm (Slow Flow) ✨ Friday 7:00am (Total Body HIIT) See you on the mat!
