How it went down in @msumuseum , we can't be proud enough of #barazavr premiering at MSU Museum ... an afro futuristic experience exploring what happens if AI achieves singularity through vast African traditional knowledge systems.

If you are in Michigan , East Lansing don't hesitate to get to the exhibition ❤🥂.

This year we set to have 4+ exhibitions so far we have executed 2 already and had one which was in Geneva and one in our home country Dar , which is our first exhibition in the mother country which has been nothing short of blessings from the turn out to the feedback on shedding light about the ocean , the swahili culture and the corals.

The power of immersive storytelling has been evident with how people respond to our work and we hope to work with more partners locally and internationally to drive empowered African narratives to the local and global stages.

Thank you all who have been part of our first ever exhibition in Dar es Salaam , Tanzania.

Artist Spotlight | MReAL Exhibition on VRChat, 2026 Summer
What kind of future does the Museum of Alt. Futures invite us to enter?

— Bernard Masika
The Stories of Uchale began as an argument with the present: a century that emits more carbon than it consumes, fells thousand-year trees by machine in an afternoon, and drowns the sea’s life under the same “efficiency” that promised to save us, lately even sinking its data centres into the ocean, because data has become the breath of humans. The work answers with an inversion: a far future in which technology has surrendered to biology.

Opening: 15 July 2026, 8:00 PM HKT / GMT+8
Online on Zoom and VRChat Artist Talks + Live Walkthrough
Exhibition available on VRChat from 15 July 2026

‘’ The ocean connects us all ’’

From the communities that depend on it, to the storytellers, creatives, and conservationists working to protect it we are all connected by the same water.

🪸 @marineadventures__ was truly honored to be part of the ‘Just Because You Don’t See’ project by @seedexr , supporting the storytelling through community involvement and the shooting process that helped bring these unseen ocean realities to life.

🪸 Being part of the panel discussion was such an incredible honor and a reminder that conservation goes beyond science it lives in stories, people, culture, and the experiences that inspire others to care.

Because some of the most important things happening beneath the surface are often the things the world does not see. And that is exactly why we must continue telling these stories. 💙 . Thank you @seedexr team @alexgmkwizu @bernard_masika @freddybaracka for your time, sacrifice and more that made this to becoming.

Jana watu wa @seedexr walifanya jaribio la kunitenganisha na jirani yangu.

Nilipata nafasi ya kuattend maonesho yao na nikiwa honest experience ilikuwa 10/10.

Ila watu wa Dar mna siri sana …..
