20 burpees for Levi challenge (and a few more for fun)
@rare.alliance.foundation

I nominate @luhooper and @daniellebitton1 💥

*20 Burpees for Levi Challenge!*💙

We are raising awareness for The Rare Alliance Foundation in support of our friend’s incredible son, Levi, who lives with a rare genetic condition.

Every single day, Levi faces challenges most of us can’t imagine. This challenge is our way of standing with him, showing our support and helping raise awareness for those who are waiting on treatments to be discovered.

Here’s how you can get involved:
💥 Complete 20 burpees – at whatever level works for you! Full burpees, step-backs or a modified version all count.
🎥 Record your video.
🏷️ Tag @rare.alliance.foundation and 2 people who you would like to join you and take on the burpee challenge.
📢 Share your video and help spread awareness &

This isn’t about fitness or perfection. It’s about challenging ourselves in solidarity with Levi, and helping shine a light on this special community.

Let’s see how far we can spread this message. Together, we can make a difference - 20 burpees at a time. 💙

All money raised goes directly to The Boston Childrens Hospital where a programme is starting to create a treatment for this condition. This can change the outcome for children living with this and other rare types of conditions.

It’s still birthday month, and I still can’t get over one of the best mornings of July! A few months ago, I made one of the best decisions I’ve ever made… to choose me.

What started as a commitment to improve my health has become so much more than a wellness journey. It’s been about healing, rebuilding my confidence, learning to listen to my body, and discovering that true wellness isn’t about being perfect, but about showing up for yourself.

Hosting my Wellness Birthday Morning was my way of celebrating not just another year of life, but the woman I’ve become through this journey.

I wanted to create a space where I could openly share my experiences, the lessons I’ve learned, and some of the products and brands that have genuinely assisted me along the way. If even one person walked away feeling inspired to take that first step towards themselves, then my heart is full.

Mad love to @basecamp_gym_ for hosting us, literally my 2nd home through my wellness journey 🫶🏾

A huge thank you to my incredible sponsors for believing in my vision and helping make this morning so special:
@beautygen_sa
@welliam_sa
@quinton_southafrica
@rushtush
@proteinfactoryza
@feelsilki
@wisersupplements
@muraadfredericks MumuJuice
Cozy Crumbs Bakery

Your generosity and support helped create an experience that was nourishing from the inside out.

Could not have done the morning without @bespokebody the time, love and knowledge you shared with us will forever remain in our hearts and minds, and I know some of the ladies are still “feeling the burn” 😝 Thank you Oona 💖

To every lady who attended, thank you for trusting me with your time, your energy, and your stories.
Wellness is so much more powerful when we do it together.

Thank you to @querenciacreationsco for capturing our special moments 💖 📸

As a performer, I pour out so much energy… and this body takes a beating.
After cancer treatment, one of the lingering side effects was osteoporosis — so I knew building strength wasn’t optional, it was essential.

Working with Oona @bespokebody has been a game-changer.
Every week I feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to my body.
If you’re looking for a PT who understands real bodies, real recovery, and real transformation — she’s your girl. 💛✨

Still feeling the ripple of Saturday’s masterclass with Atma.

A quiet, powerful dive into Yin, Kundalini, breath, and presence.

Thank you, @radiantaging_za , for guiding us with such grace and depth
five decades of practice distilled into one gentle, profound afternoon.
You reminded us that stillness is not empty, it’s full of wisdom.

What a Birthday! I couldn't have asked for a more magical celebration, surrounded by the love and energy of my amazing friends and family. 🌸✨ Our goddess circle was a sacred space of vulnerability, connection, and pure magic. We shared laughter, tears, and so much love. Each moment was a reminder of the power we hold when we gather as sisters. A birthday to remember, filled with blessings, light, and divine energy. I am so grateful for my health and the privilege to be alive! I can't wait to see what the next decade has in store for me. 💖🙏✨️
