POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you so much to @mickeyhart and @wrightthompsonbooks for inviting the organizers of @shakedownvegas to an intimate showing of their new ESPN film 🎥 Rhythm Masters.

Mickey has a gift that transcends words and has developed, or rather, identified a formula he feels builds the essential elements to get into “the zone”.

Bridging a lifelong friendship and bond with the late and great @billwalton, this film bridges the music we love, the musicians who craft it, and the athletes who have committed their own lives to their craft.

We hope everyone takes the time to watch this exquisite film. Airing August 14th on ESPN.

I like that we’re smiling so big our eyes look tiny… somehow Toon & Cole seem to be on to this.. and know their angle 📐

It’s late, and I love this photo, so I’m going to post before I never do. We make bad lighting look good, kids.

All of the folks in this photo impress me in ways that are deserving of far more than an instagram post, but I’d suggest checking out their art, their being, and their Instagram feeds… I think you’ll dig it.

I’m mostly just really happy to know and dance beside them on this wild little ride.

Happy International Women’s day to the ladies of the Lot that have touched my life in so many ways. There are so many more ladies that I did not include, but have touched my heart in a big way. Thank you all from reminding me to shine and seeing the brilliance in my resilience, kindness, and creativity. I am so grateful for all of you and hope that we continue to reflect radiantly upon one another. It’s easy to get lost and lonely on this journey, but yall have always extended a hand when I needed it the most. Grateful for these ties that bind us throughout the Lot. Grateful to be woven into the greater tapestry of the Dead Head community with ladies who are not like other girls ;)
