Farina Rossa’s next chapter is looking pretty delicious! 🍕👀

We’d been to @farinarossakitchen before, and this time the team invited us in to check out their refreshed dining room and get a taste of their next chapter. I came hungry and left VERY full 😂

Chef JM Lynch and the team use organic, locally grown flour and a natural starter for their dough. Of course, we had to try TWO pizzas 🤤

First came homemade ricotta and mozzarella, caramelized onion and rosemary focaccia, and their Sayzar salad. Quite the spread before the pizzas even hit the table!

🍕 The Ope! brought that Detroit style crust with house sausage, pepperoni, caramelized onion, house ricotta and hot honey. Just look at that cheese pull!

🍕 The Frenchy is their take on French onion soup pizza with caramelized onion, crème fraîche, Gruyère, pickled apple and a Parmesan crisp. Such a fun combination, and both pizzas were delicious!

I had a VYV Sparkling Blueberry Mango Lemonade to sip on along the way 🫐🥭

And somehow, we still made room for tiramisu, pistachio and ricotta cannoli, AND a brown butter cookie. You know I had to show you that cookie break 🍪

Big thanks to Chef JM and the Farina Rossa team for hosting us and sharing their next chapter! 🙌

Which pizza are you grabbing first, the Ope! or the Frenchy?

I’ve said it a million times but it’s amazing what one simple row of extensions can do with some fun color. Especially with cooler weather, more hair is the answer.

Send me a quick message, let’s get you in.

✨☕️ARTSY, COMMUNITY-DRIVEN CAFE with TASTY COFFEE & TEA DRINKS, MADE IN-HOUSE BAKED GOODS, & SATISFYING BREAKFAST & LUNCH FOOD!! @mojo_coffee_gallery☕️✨

Mojo Coffee Gallery is a unique, community-focused cafe and maximalist art gallery located inside the California Building in the vibrant Northeast Minneapolis arts district. 🎨❤️🙌🏻☺️

They currently are offering a variety of seasonal Fall drinks and they rotate them with the seasons and holidays! In addition, every day they have a nice variety of pastries & baked goods as well as grab & go sandwiches + hot breakfast food until 2pm. My favorite drinks I tried were the cinna-maple & butter pecan lattes and the pumpkin spice chai!! As far as food goes, I really enjoyed the big fat burrito with their Spanish hash + homemade salsa and their cinnamon coffee cake. The aesthetics of the space build the community and all the fun artwork on the walls are for sale!
