I worked closely with a growing fashion brand, Folastitch, a brand based in Akure, Nigeria, to craft a brand identity that reflects more than just clothing but meaning, precision, and intentional style. @folastitich h is built on the foundation of care, craftsmanship, and purpose. A brand that does not just sew and design outfits, but creates pieces that carry confidence, individuality, and quiet elegance. My approach to this project went beyond just creating a logo. Funny enough, the brand owner initially stated she only wanted a logo and did not know what brand name would sit well with the brand. But with a detailed discovery call, we were able to birth a brand name and go beyond just a logo design to a full visual identity. The brand name itself is intentional. FOLA speaks to value, identity, and personal connection, while STITCH represents the art, detail, and discipline behind every piece created. Together, it becomes a system, not just a name, a brand that embodies thoughtful fashion. This post is just an introduction. The full case study, strategy, process, and execution is coming soon. What do you think, did we translate the vision right? If you are building a brand that deserves more than just design, send a DM. Let’s create something intentional. I am Damilola Akintan — a Brand Designer focused on clarity, strategy, and real impact. #brandidentitydesign #logodesigner #brandstrategy #branding #graphicdesign

In the era of social media, people create identities that are different from who they really are from the inside. But, who really are YOU? Without the validation and achievements. This poster was inspired by my reflection on this question and I've come to these conclusion: I am WHOLE with or without validation and achievements. Now I ask... who are YOU really? . . . . . #creativeposter #selfreflection

There’s no solid project without strategy and process. Every brand we work on goes through clear phases and this is exactly how we approached the Citizen Pictures brand identity design. This project stretched me, It drained me, It pushed me to think beyond the obvious and step outside my comfort zone creatively. But in the end? We cooked.🔥🔥 And the client is genuinely impressed with the outcome which makes the whole journey worth it. The full project goes live on Behance this Monday. Can’t wait to share the breakdown. But before that… what do you think about this project — is it a HIT or a MISS? 👀 Let me know in the comments section I’m a brand designer focused on building strategic identities that don’t just look good, but work for businesses. #brandidentitydesign #brandstrategy #logodesignprocess #visualidentity #branddesigner

When I started working on NovaTech, the goal was simple, to create a brand identity that feels innovative, approachable, and energizing while guiding creatives through the chaos of project management. The idea came to life through “The Guiding Nova” — a mark that represents growth, direction, and clarity. The star acts as a guiding light, leading users toward focus and flow 🌟 Each color, typeface, and shape tells a part of that story — balancing tech precision with creative warmth. Now, NovaTech stands as a creative guide through chaos — clear, confident, and human. 💬 Imagine what your brand could look like with a story that connects and converts. Every brand wants their products and services to truly connect with their audience — and one powerful way to do that is through design. ✨ Luxe Brew Café had a vision: to become the go-to hub for creatives who love coffee, community, and collaboration. ☕🎨 To bring this vision to life, I started with research — understanding their audience of young professionals and creatives, what inspires them, and what draws them in. That insight shaped every design choice. From the bold color combinations to the storytelling imagery, each element was crafted to not only look good but also spark an emotional connection with Luxe Brew’s community. 🌟 This was such an exciting campaign to work on, and I’d love to hear your thoughts! 💭 What do you think — would you hang out at Luxe Brew? 🤝🏽 And if you’re ready to elevate your brand with powerful design, my DMs are open. Let’s make it happen. . . . . . . . #BrandIdentityDesign #CampaignDesign #VisualIdentity #BusinessBranding #DesignStrategy #BrandDesigner #CafeBranding #HospitalityDesign #CreativeCommunity #CoffeeCulture #StartupDesign #EntrepreneurBranding #SmallBusinessBranding#CreativeBusiness #MarketingDesign

✨ 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗰𝗼𝗻 ✨ Some people wear clothes, but others carry culture. Mr Francis Apata is one of those rare individuals whose fashion is not just about appearance....it’s about identity. Every outfit he wears carries the heartbeat of African patterns, blended with a modern touch that makes him stand out anywhere he steps. Yesterday marked his birthday, and though I couldn’t share this piece on time, it didn’t feel right to let the moment pass without celebrating him. When I designed this, I wasn’t just making a flyer....I was telling a story. His story. From the subtle textures to the warm tones, every detail reflects not just a birthday, but a legacy of style, confidence, and creativity. So today, even beyond the date, we honor a man whose fashion sense speaks louder than words, and whose presence reminds us that true elegance is timeless. 🎉 Cheers to more years of style, grace, and impact, Francis Apata-Johnson 🥂 I'm Damilola Akintan - HIRE ME FOR YOUR NEXT DESIGN PROJECT
