❤️ A night worth celebrating!
Our Hall of Fame Induction was a HUGE success! 🥂✨
We had the best evening celebrating our KW One agents who have been featured on the cover of Triad Real Producers over the years. From signing their covers to officially hanging their posters down our Hall of Fame, it was such a special way to recognize these incredible agents and the impact they’re making in our industry and community.
We’re proud to have these cover stars on our roster and can’t wait to see who joins the wall next! 🏆
Congratulations to all of our inductees! You’ve earned your spot on the wall. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came to AMA’s Professional Speaker Panel & a big thank you to our wonderful guest speakers who shared their success stories along with such insightful advice!

⭐️Alan Mitchell, Brian Campbell, Beth Sauer, Candace Martin, and Katie Bayless thank you for teaching AMA the importance of networking, how to overcome challenges in your career, and that success comes from both hard work and staying true to yourself.

A big topic of the panel’s discussion was the idea of authenticity and showing up prepared. Our speakers urged all students to show up to interviews, internships, and job opportunities with a sense of eagerness to learn and the ability to be unapologetically you. 💙

Welp, I never thought today would come, not this soon at least. I figured I’d have to tough it out in Maryland through at least the balance of year. But when opportunities became available to come back down to NC, I jumped at the chance immediately. Closed on my new house today and I can’t thank @bethsauerofkwone and her team for being there with me every step of the way. Truly the best in the biz!

For those who I got to spend time with up north the past two years, I’m fortunate for those moments as they were some of the only that kept me sane. For those I didn’t get the chance to spend time with, I’ll roll w/ the Constanza “I invented it’s not you it’s me; if it’s anyone it’s me.” The role I took on only afforded me so much free time to myself where I wasn’t at least on call with god knows what was waiting on the other end, and many nights I needed to be in a dark room with the lights off listening to my body and getting back what little energy I had left in me. I’m thankful for what being up there meant and what I accomplished, even if it slowly killed me inside at times. Wings and beer at O’Loughlin’s next time I pay a visit for anyone who wants to join me in mid-October when I’m up to take back whatever else I still have in Maryland.

@catdor and @adordick, thank you for all the home-cooked meals, unpaid & somewhat-supervised doggy daycare support, and rent-free nights that didn’t require a rewards program. Your love, support, and understanding cannot be quantified as it’s simply unparalleled. Ready to finally host you again for once. Unlike your place, my barstools are at the appropriate counter depth. 😊 This house will become a home and for those of you still around, or if you’re just traveling through the Piedmont Triad, Cosmo and I look forward to hosting you for day drinks, nightcaps, dreidel-offs, and everything in between.

As we start wrapping up a trip through Italy that has exceeded every expectation, yesterday I finally got to experience a place I’ve wanted to see for years — the Amalfi Coast. 🇮🇹

I’ve seen countless pictures of Positano over the years and always wondered if it could possibly be as beautiful in person.

It is!

Absolutely breathtaking. Somehow, the pictures still don’t do it justice.

Seeing Positano from the water, walking its narrow streets, taking in those incredible views and, of course, enjoying some amazing food made finally being there even better than I imagined.

It’s basically all vertical and uphill, and somehow I didn’t even mind climbing all those stairs! 😂🇮🇹

It’s been an incredible birthday weekend in Florence. 🇮🇹

There’s something pretty spectacular about being surrounded by this much history. The architecture, the food, the gelato, the view from Piazzale Michelangelo… it’s been a hell of a few days.

And for the history nerd in me, the Galleria dell’Accademia was the highlight. Seeing Michelangelo’s 500-year-old, 17-foot David -arguably the most famous sculpture in the world and the other extraordinary works of art in person genuinely moved me—and I honestly didn’t expect that. Apparently, I’m not completely dead inside after all. 😂

As I wrap up another trip around the sun, birthdays have a way of making you a little more reflective.

The older I get, the more I appreciate just how fortunate I am—to see these places, have these experiences and make these memories, especially getting to experience all of this with Beth. It’s a pretty damn good reminder not to take any of it for granted.

And to everyone who took a minute to wish me a happy birthday—thank you. I truly appreciate every one of you.

Very fortunate. Very grateful. 🇮🇹

I’ve seen pictures of this place my entire life, but until you’re actually here, I’m not sure you can fully appreciate just how incredible it is.

An entire city built on water. No cars. Canals for streets. Boats for everything. Buildings that have been standing for hundreds of years. And somehow, it all works.

I’ve been fortunate enough to see some pretty amazing places, but Venice is without question one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.

Pictures don’t come close to doing it justice.

If this is how Italy starts, the bar has been set pretty damn high. 🇮🇹
