One of my recent guests took this great photo of my eagle statue at JBs Eagles Nest (link in bio) 🦅❤️ She’s named Jackie, after Big Bear’s famous bald eagle who sadly passed away.

I’m also sharing some of our reviews from the last 30 days. 😊 I really appreciate everyone who stays with us and takes the time to leave such kind feedback.

If you’re thinking about a Big Bear getaway, click the link in my bio to check out Eagles Nest — and please save it as a favorite! ❤️ It really does help me out.

🍂 Fall is coming to Big Bear! 🍁🏔️link in bio
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/45673464
Travel + Leisure just featured Big Bear Lake as one of the best places in Southern California to experience a real fall — crisp mountain air, changing leaves, beautiful hikes and those incredible lake views.

And that’s one of the things we love most about Big Bear. It’s not just a ski town. We get four real seasons and around 300 days of sunshine a year — summer on the lake, gorgeous fall colors, snow in the winter and beautiful mountain weather in the spring.

If you’ve been thinking about a fall mountain getaway, JB’s Eagle’s Nest in Big Bear Lake is ready for you. Come up, slow down, breathe some mountain air and see why we love this place so much.

🍁 Fall colors
🥾 Hiking
🔥 Cool mountain nights
🏔️ Mountain & lake views
☀️ And plenty of California sunshine

Big Bear really is Southern California’s four-season escape.

And fall might just be our favorite. ❤️

My latest quilt. I have wanted to make it for a while, but I needed to find the right pattern. It was made especially for my brother, who had a very rough year. It is my way of making sure he knows he’s loved.

He gave me ideas for the focus fabric so that it would blend in to his home. He’s received it now, so I can post it.

Check out the 2 new chicks 🦅 near my cabin JBs Eagles Nest https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/45673464

The first eggs were eaten by ravens so it’s lucky they laid a second two and their hatching. The cabin in Big Bear is called JBs Eagles nest and I have a wood carving named Jackie :-)

This morning turned into something pretty cool with a new chick🦅 near my cabin JBs Eagles Nest https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/45673464

We’re officially in pip watch with Jackie & Shadow in Big Bear and it’s happening live.

First chick broke out!! tiny talons and a little head showing, and in the video it’s fully out. Second egg pipped too and is moving along.

The first eggs were eaten by ravens so it’s lucky they laid a second two and their hatching.

This part is fragile, but it’s also kind of amazing to watch. The cabin in Big Bear is called JBs Eagles nest and I have a wood carving named Jackie :-)

Late post from John Bonny's @lafarmiglia wellness retreat weekend 2/6/26. Thank you so much, @johnbonny_la for curating such a profoundly transformational, healing, magical, but FUN weekend! This incredible group of humans came together in harmony to share safety and community in a way that will stay with me forever. Thank you, @betterbrian for the amazing photos, and thank you everyone else for sharing your incredible lights with one another. ✨️ Also - thank you again, John Bonny, for allowing me to co-create with you again this year as the workshop facilitator. Inner Child, Decision Making, and @liveyourdestinee Destinee's Boundaries workshops were a beautiful way for each of us to tap into deeper meaning and alignment with ourselves. I left John's weekend absolutely floating having made permanent memories with beautiful friends, both new and familiar. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️🙏🏼✨️♾️

Please feel free to reach out if you would be interested in learning more about the retreats coming up or the workshops!
