Kimpton Hotel（金普頓酒店）birdsong pastry team 聯乘本地茶莊 Plantation，以三款茗茶與手作甜點，譜寫一場味覺的秋日協奏。

🥥 椰子香芒慕斯蛋糕 × 蜜蘭香單欉紅茶——柔滑椰奶遇上熟果茶韻，雲呢拿酥餅收尾，圓潤如秋陽。 🌹 玫瑰覆盆子慕斯蛋糕 × 糯香茶化石——果酸與幽香交織，普洱茶湯溫潤醇厚，米香暖心，飯後品嚐尤其舒暢。 🍯 蜜餞果仁撻 × 雲南月光白——龍眼蜜與焦糖碧根果，襯托古樹白茶絲滑蜜香，餘韻悠長如月色。
每套三款，HK$288 一位，9月18日起正式登場。在尖沙咀高空，以茶佐甜，靜候秋日時光。

READY FOR A BOTTLE OF WINE?🍷✨Gough Street is already one of my go-to streets in Central, but Maison Natsukashii adds a layer of nostalgic warmth that is hard to find elsewhere (love that Japanese vibe). Founded by Mason Ng (@mason_nys), who was crowned Asia’s Best Sommelier in 2022, this intimate 20-seat neighborhood wine bar is a masterclass in curation with over 1,000 carefully selected labels (I heard they have quite a lot of good wines from Hokkaido). It is primarily a bottles-only destination, making it the perfect venue for long conversations (or dates?), though you can enjoy a glass from their daily selection during the 5-6pm window. We kicked off the evening with the refreshing homemade pickled daikon in yuzu vinegar and the raw red prawns, which were paired with a bright kiwi sauce and caramelized apple for a beautiful sweet-savory balance. The chicken liver parfait was another creative highlight, using guava and plum sauce to cut through the richness, while the Sichuan pepper-cured duck that WAS MY FAVORITE of the night (MUST TRY). The Dongqu Shaoxing Wine-Braised Chicken is a non-negotiable order; it uses premium Three Yellow Chicken cooked with a mellow, sweet 2009 vintage dongqu yellow wine that transforms the meat into tenderness. I also couldn’t get enough of the Bolognese rice, which features minced beef simmered in Bordeaux wine and topped with sharp Comte cheese on Japanese rice— ultimate comfort food while sipping my 🍷red wine. For something even more decadent, the miso-braised beef cheek served with snow maitake mushrooms and a baked potato offers a rich, umami-heavy finish that stands up perfectly to a bold red. It was really packed basically every night so do get your bookings earlier.

Turned 49 this year, and honestly, I’ve never been more grateful to see another birthday, especially getting to share the celebration with another S, our yearly ritual!

Im not one to go to Gold Coast area often but for @nonna.hk it’s TOTALLY worth it, the views are stunning and if you’re lucky to catch a good weather day, its feels like you’re at a resort in the Mediterranean side of the world.

Of course besides the wonderful pizzas and pastas they also have probably one of the best coffees & Gelatos in the area serving up unique drinks like the vanilla matcha Freddo but also the @oatside lattes are incredible with a side of their artisanal pastries. Don’t miss out if you’re in the area !! 🧡
