Feeling incredibly grateful for days like this. 💙🚴‍♀️

Grateful for CAF (Challenged Athletes Foundation) and the work they do to make sport and movement accessible to so many. Grateful for my Betty Designs squad and the amazing women I get to share these experiences with. Most of all, I’m humbled and inspired by the challenged athletes who showed up, pushed their limits, and gave it everything they had.

Watching athletes redefine what’s possible is a powerful reminder that sport is about more than speed, strength, or finish times. It’s about determination, resilience, community, and the joy of doing what you love.

I left with a full heart, a fresh perspective, and even more appreciation for the opportunities we sometimes take for granted.

Thank you, CAF, for changing lives and bringing us together—and thank you, Betty squad, for being part of the journey. 💙

Inspiration is everywhere when you take the time to look around. 🙏✨

@gritandtonic Olympic distance triathlon

Was fab to see my friend @dubai.running.mum finish her first ever triathlon. She absolutely smashed it, and it’s only the beginning for her 😉

I missed @elaine_flugel soooo much today. This was my first ever triathlon that we did last year in Al Mamzar and it brought back so many fab memories.

I found the run a massive challenge. I’ve come away having learnt many lessons and I’m looking forward to improving

No medal. No podium. No cheering crowd.

But 13.1 miles? DONE. 🏃‍♀️

A gnarly virus sidelined me from the @hmf_events Hartford Half Marathon. Two weeks later than planned, I finally got to run the miles I'd trained for.

Because I made a commitment.

💛 To @girlsontherungreaterct.
💛 To everyone who supported my fundraising.
💛 To my @bettydesigns teammates.
💛 And to myself.

And that's exactly what we're teaching girls through @girlsontheruninternational.

That resilience matters. That commitments mean something. That we can do hard things. And that showing up for others is just as important as showing up for ourselves.

I'm two weeks late. But for the people and causes I care about, I'll always find a way to show up. 💪

And, we're not quite finished! There are still 6 DAYS LEFT to support my Girls on the Run SoleMates fundraiser.

@gritandtonic Olympic distance triathlon and a second place age group position, not bad for a Sunday ☺️

Was a good learning day in prep for the Ironman 70.3 in Feb. The 10k run at the end felt like the longest 10k of my life 😂 but I have an idea how to be better.

Was a great morning and the swimming lessons have certainly helped with my swim confidence.
