Happy National Physical Therapy Month!

I feel incredibly blessed to be part of this growing, evolving and rewarding profession. As physical therapists, we have the opportunity to educate, support and empower our patients. We have come a long way yet there is still work to be done to improve our visibility and importance in healthcare.
I am especially grateful to be a pelvic health physical therapist to help women and men with pelvic floor dysfunctions and trained BSPTS Schroth physical therapist to treat scoliosis. These are two specialities that are in need of more PTs!
I love connecting with other PTs, PT students, professionals, and people who are looking for providers in their area. Don’t hesitate to reach out! Let’s start a conversation 💌

meet sea buckthorn, the antioxidant you never knew you needed 🤗
*
i was recommended this amazing product from @myhavtorn by an awesome holistic practitioner @samantha_story_acupuncture as one of the steps to my beauty regimen. i am prone to very dry skin and whenever I put this oil on my face, my skin just feels happy, moisturized and plump.
*
sea buckthorn oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is known to be packed with Vitamin C, an antioxidant which helps protect skin against free radicals. free radicals can come from pollution and even the sun, causing our skin to age prematurely.
*
i’ve tried a few other sea buckthorn oils to save money and they just don’t compare. this product is a staple in my cabinet and I’m so glad i was introduced to it!
*
have you ever tried sea buckthorn oil? if not, what other oils/ brands have you had success with? share below!

We are beyond proud to see our first group of future Rockstar Pilates instructors complete their Mat Pilates Course 🙌 Being part of this Teacher Training has been an altogether inspiring experience ~ watching everyone absorb new knowledge, gain insights into the Pilates method, share their passion, ideas, and experiences, challenge and lift each other up, and confidently develop their own teaching styles was incredible! An extra special shout out to our course developer, presenter, and Director of Teacher Training at ERP, Chloe Gregor @gochlo_ who is hands down the most positively passionate educator one could possibly hope for. Learning from her is an honor and a privilege and we are so blessed to have had her lead us through this course. Thank you to Elle @hetherington_elle and Floss @charlottebrolsma for editing our course manuals and @andrewstinsonphoto_ and @bernadettemariestudio for our manual photography and design. Thank you to Abby @abby_price_moves who not only assisted the course, but shared her wealth of knowledge and experience to our aspiring teachers. Thank you to @brian__spencer and @abby_price_moves for being our video portal models and for making 115 exercises look beautiful and effortless. Also, thank you to our very own Li @mingianinja who brought his positive energy, feedback, and teaching experience to the group 🎉
Last but not least, thank to our rockstar course participants, who pushed us to write this course and patiently waited 2 years for us to finish, showed up every weekend, brought their everything, and made this all possible 🎉 We look forward to seeing you all successfully test out and become rockstar Pilates instructors 🤗
