Year 2 really showed me that Success isn’t always loud learning patience, building structure, and creating stability for the future is okay . Every practice, every game, every challenge helped shape not just better players, but stronger young men learning accountability, teamwork, and resilience. This season came with lessons, adversity, and progress you can’t always measure by wins and losses. As a coach, I’m still growing too! learning how to lead better, communicate clearer, and build something that lasts longer than a single season. Now the focus shifts to stability moving forward. Developing fundamentals. Strengthening the culture. Preparing for what’s next. Year 2 was about laying the foundation… Year 3 is about elevating #1percent 🫗
