POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some brands begin with a business idea. Mine began with a feeling 🤎

The feeling of wanting to create something that meant more than what it looked like.

My own experiences with women’s health, ENDO and PMDD have shaped the way I see the world and the importance of feeling understood, especially on the days when things feel a little heavier.

I wanted Beyond Sanguinity to become more than a name. I wanted it to represent a community, a conversation and a reminder that there is so much more to us than what we go through.

And this tote bag? It’s a small piece of that vision

A reminder to carry yourself with compassion, to give yourself permission to slow down, and to remember that even on the difficult days, you are still becoming.

This is only the beginning.

To every woman who has ever felt unseen in her experience, this is for you.

Beyond Sanguinity. Seen. Held. Supported.

Thank you for being here at the beginning 🤎 #loveyourself #womensfashion #pilates #pmdd #endo

So grateful for the conversations, stories and space to learn.

Movement, Mindset & Matcha: Pilates x PMDD Awareness 🩷💚🧡
Such a lovely, informative morning surrounding women’s health, movement, and community. 🤍
Attended the Pilates x PMDD event this weekend and loved every single detail—from the welcoming full-body mat session to connecting with so many wonderful, like-minded people.
It was the perfect blend of movement, education, and true self-care. 🌿✨
Event Highlights:
Movement & Practice: Loved taking part in the mat session led by @thatssoayaan_ 💗such a great full-body workout!
PMDD & Mindset Talk: Super informative session by @thrive365coaching on “The Self-Trust Loop”—so many valuable takeaways on navigating PMDD and @sisterhealthapp 💗
Community & Nourishment: Ended the event connecting with lovely people over 10/10 iced matcha from @morimatcha.uk 🍵, sweet treats, and thoughtful self-care goodies.
Huge thank you to @beyondsanguinity for hosting such an important and beautiful event! 🌸 #pilates #london #womenshealth #pmdd #pilateswithmaisha

Had the pleasure of visiting @truform.london Mayfair studio and it did NOT disappoint. This hot mat class was a killer but I loved every second of it, even if my face says otherwise 😩😂💪✨
