POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Another competition, another story. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

SNATCH
❌ 65 kg
✅ 65 kg
✅ 71 kg

Opening 65 kg unfortunately miss. Begitu naik platform, nervous sama pressure kerasa banget. 😂
Plan didn't run well

CLEAN & JERK
✅ 95 kg
✅ 101 kg
❌ 103 kg

C&J jauh lebih smooth. 95 kg aman walaupun abis catch agak merosot karena licin. 101 kg secured, then we went for 103 kg.
Clean-nya dapet, tapi jerk-nya miss. Kayaknya terlalu buru-buru dan kurang bagus ngatur napas. 😂

Still, pretty happy with how the competition went. Ada beberapa lift yang nggak sesuai plan, tapi that's what competition is all about. You never know what will happen once you're on the platform.

And ending the day with 🥇 1st place in C&J and 🥈2nd place in total definitely feels good.

These medals are not mine

Dari early morning training, failed lifts, badan pegal, sampai hari competition. Thank you for being part of the journey.

Still a lot to improve. Still hungry.
Next one, we go again. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Pressure will always expose preparation.
Cut weight, step on the platform, trust the work.

Snatch 63❌ 63✅ 66✅
Clean & Jerk 78 ✅ 83✅ 89✅ (+2 kg PR).

Not everything felt perfect, but everything was honest.
PR +2 kg still a big win!

This journey is never a solo run.
Terima kasih untuk momma @fitri_k_i , Laf dan Luf as my biggest supporter
for the patience, the prayers, and the constant support behind the scenes. I love you

Oh iya, shout out to @wahyu_apriana and @explosiveperformance.id team udah arrange event @explosive.showdown jadi keren gini, masuk event wajib bisa ini 😀.
